I specifically asked in text messages if that was for complete removal and even did a phone consultation on the phone as well. I was told it would take approximately 10 sessions and that would be COMPLETE removal. I was told at the time that they did not have zero interest plans so was going to pay in full. They were messaging me from 2 different numbers so when they contacted me today I asked them to re affirm what I had been told on that particular text thread since this was different number and I wanted it in writing. They kept trying to tell me they didn't have another number and continuously argued with me even after I sent them screen recordings. They finally said it was them but they have no Idea why I was told the original answers. Then they come back and say it's not for complete removal but for 10 session and that I need anywhere from 13-16 and that those would be ADDITIONAL!! They seem VERY unorganized and I don't think I would trust them for removal. I have been burned before by a laser and they do not give the me the confidence to use them after all of this.
