I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face. I have had a lash lift probably over a dozen times. This was somethin else. I got a gift card to…read morethis place which is what brought me in. They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.

In May, 2026, after a massage, the masseuse and receptionist invited me to take part in their 10 month membership program which was to include a "gift" or "add-on service" each month. The first time I used the spa package, I was handed a little bag as my "gift" of the month which contained a little jar of cream had been opened and dipped into, the inside top of the lid was smeared as if someone wiped it off. This unsealed and used product made me lose trust in the company; a massage is a very personal service. I canceled any further service and offered to pay the $11.00 difference between what the massage cost and what I would have paid otherwise. I was told it was their policy to charge the $100.00 cancellation fee, which they hadn't told me that the month before. I would not recommend this place.
