She…read morealways has time to answer questions and I never feel like she is in a rush to move on to the next patient. The down side of that is it is not too uncommon for her to be running late. I don't get angry about it, though, because I know the reason for that is that she will NOT rush ANY visit WITH ANY patient. Over the course of the day enough people think of additional questions that keeps her busy answering and she just runs behind. I would rather have to wait longer than normal and have her undivided attention for as long as I need it when I do see her. She has never failed to meet that expectation which is why we have been seeing her for over 20 years now I would say. Despite how many patients she might see over the course of a day/week/or month it never ceases to amaze me how she always remembers bits and pieces of what I do for a living and always asks about my wife. Keep in mind that I typically only see her maybe 2-3 times/year. She must have an excellent memory. We feel fortunate to have her as our primary care physician. By and large I would say that all the staff that I have ever dealt with were equally courteous and kind as Dr. Kumar is. I always feel like I am treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness.

I had been a patient of Beverlys since she starred in the east village. We had to move for job…read morepurposes, but 2 of my family members remained in Davenport. My daughter had the pharmacy call her office on 3 occasions over a month to get a med refill. Neither of us received a call that she needed to be seen before the med could be refilled. Thus my daughter went without her meds for a month. Finally I called and found out she needed a yealry appt. how hard is it to call your patient ? So when my daughter went, even though we have ins and most providers bill what ins does not pay, Bev would not see her without $60 upfront. I get it if she were not an established patient as well as our entire family with Deere insurance, But we have been with her since the beginning. After not calling her that she needed to be seen and turning her away over a copay that we have always been good for, Bev decided to place money over care. She has always gotten paid. I explained I had an HSA card coming to me and wanted to pay out of that, but would not treat my daughter without her co pay. Again. We were established patients. I am deeply disappointed. Don't go here. Find a physician that won't turn a kid away over a few bucks when the family has always paid the provider.

She had to use bathroom no one came to room like always thier was one aid Sara that helped her she was doing most nurse jobs she fell in that place 3 times I told hospital she wasn't allowed to go back but sent her there anyway and last fall she wasn't allowed so drowsy she fell fractured herself bad I she should've of been in hospital a lot longer she couldn't even walk so that place sign her out I was mad and went and got her out brought her back to Davenport and they were trying long term behind my back too and now she's in another one over here in Davenport ivy thier just as bad I'm bringing her home next week

They leave them dirty and smelly the place is dirty and they blame the residents if the place is dirty instead of cleaning the place. They yell at the elderly and don't help them. They claim they don't have help but they do all they do is be on their phones the whole time I was there. The nurses in the front are rude and mean even to me when I ask about mom's pills or tell them she needs something. Don't bring your loved once there. They are treated awful.

After asking questions, my answer was "that is not my problem" "click" totally rude, they are there to help answer questions and help you through any paperwork, to make sure things are done correctly on their end. Maybe if I could have talked to the doctor about my questions, then I would have my answers.
