He even provided tie and shirt options that would work well with the suit. He placed the order for the suit and let us know we'd receive an email once it arrived at the store. Once we received the email that the suit had arrived, we went back to the store and were greeted by Philip again. He made sure the suit perfectly fit my fiancé and was extremely attentive. He let us know tailoring would take about 3 days. The only reason for 4 stars is on our last visit to pickup the tailored suit, Philip was not in and we were greeted by Joel. He grabbed the suit and said my fiancé could try it on, but then he pretty much disappeared and didn't even come back around to check if the suit fit correctly. We were planning to buy a shirt and tie on this occasion as well, but decided against it since the service was bad. Just left a bad taste in our mouths.
