Lately I've been attempting to be a bit more sensible about my calorie intake. So today we stopped in at Epic, and I went inside. We were greeted by the friendly owner as he knew my wife's name and her usual drink. He asked me what flavors I'm into. I advised I like desert type drinks. He prepared Oreo protein shake for me. It was absolutely delicious, and with less than 200 calories!
