I have been buying Tiglio suits from NYC for years. Great quality garments. Moved down south now and just received my first order of a Tiglio sport jacket. I normally wear a long and the jacket I liked was only in a regular. I called and was asked my height and sleeve length. I was told the reqular would fit fine. My fiancé and I came to this location at the behest of our son-in-law, who has been shopping here since he was a youngster. We got married 7/25/24. We purchased a tuxedo for myself (the groom) and my brother, the best man. The staff was excellent, polite, helpful, and went out of their way to cater to our every need. They went above and beyond to make our day special, even throwing in my bow tie and suspenders for free as a wedding gift to me. The tux I really wanted from a catalog they had on hand [';p-/.was not available in the size I was looking for. I really wanted a black and white tux. Milano had a different black and white one ordered from New York and rushed to the store in time for the alterations to be made and in time for my wedding. He even did this at no extra cost to me! What an amazing experience. The staff at Milano made my fiancé and myself feel important and special. They were a key ingredient in making our special day unforgettable. They made lifelong customers of us all, including my brother! I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Horrible service, disgraceful my 13-year-old nephew, whom is a Honor Roll Student went there to try to find an outfit to wear to a wedding and was racially profiled. It was unacceptable. They will never get my business again or anyone I know. read more

We bought a suit for my daughter's groom. It had been measured and fitted by Milano menswear. Was picked up on Thursday. Put the suit on Sunday for the wedding and the pant legs were different lengths and the longest leg was 4 inches too short. We needed a last minute suit after my boyfriend forgot to bring his for my cousin's wedding. We had two hours before we had to be on the shuttle. Jonathan and the team at Milano had my boyfriend hooked up with a suit, tie, shit, and pocket square within 15 minutes of walking in the door. Then they sent us down the street to a tailor who had the suit hemmed and pressed within another 15. I have rarely been so impressed with customer service in any context! Al and the staff of Milano's are amazing! I went for the first time in May of 2022 to get a suit for a black tie wedding. I was greeted immediately on entering and when I told Al what I needed he took care of every detail immediately and demonstrated years of experience and professionalism. I was so impressed that when I needed to bring in the groomsmen, officiant and others for my daughter's wedding, I wrangled them all into going here. Everyone was treated with the same skill, courtesy and good humor even when we came in groups. Everyone loved the experience and appreciated the service. A salute and shout out to Al and crew! I visited the Whitehall store back in October to get a new suit for an event I attended in November. The staff was very helpful and got me in the perfect tailor fitted suit. I would recommend this store to any man looking for a nice suit. The first time I visited the store was Friday 9/15. I explained to the gentleman (Alonso), that I was in need of a suit for a wedding on the afternoon of 9/16. He promptly directed me to a selection of good quality menswear. He assisted me with my choice. Then directed me to their tailor, Zobier. The suit was promised for noon the following day. I went to Milano's to buy 2 pair ofshoes and a couple of summer shirts. I entered the store and was not greated by anyone. I was in the store for over 20 minutes no one came to ask could the help me. There were 3 people I believe were sales people. 2 were at the register's and the other one was talking to someone that ended up not buying anything. Then they just stood behind the counter and did nothing. I got so disgusted I left the store and drove all the way across town to Diamonds Menswear. They really know customer service and a spend quite a bit of money there. I will never, ever go back Milanos what a disappointment. read more

The worst customer service with a smile. The staff was willing to sell me a damaged hat, which they had no more of. Their suggestion was that i cut off parts of it and/or glue pieces together. No one was willing to offer a discount for the damaged hat, which means i have to pay extra for a hat repair.... AND THEY DIDNT GIVE A F@*K!..... Also the credit card machine has been down for three days, which was an inconvenience. Went there three times. This place is a rip off!
