It was a weird experience overall, as it started with me getting called back fifteen minutes late and another ten after that for my massage therapist to start. Despite asking for a focused massage, none of it was actually spent on that spot other than about two minutes which he remarked "wow you're really tense!". He didn't stop talking the entire time, about his trauma - his politics - everything. It was so exhausting, honestly. The vibe was definitely off here, and it was fairly pricey. Huge let down.

Apparently doing the chest and butt are taboo. Fine. Then came the waxing. I don't think she knew what she was doing, because she didn't smooth on the fabric very efficiently didn't stretch the skin when she pulled off the wax, and left a lot of hairs that she said would come off when I showered. She also said that my hair was really fine, as if I got waxed frequently, which I don't. In any case here's a picture of the results the next day, after I'd showered. I have no idea why I spent $45 for this, because now I have to shave my legs anyway. Will not be returning.

Pay $200 to have my lashes done here, I booked my appointment for Friday, they started to fall out…read morebefore I ever even went to bed, I had lost probably 25 individual lashes or more, Saturday morning I woke up and the entire middle of my left eye was missing, at that point they weren't even considered a fill anymore, the "spa" was not scheduled to open until 10 AM, I called at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, the next morning, the woman that did my lashes, Sarah Williams, answered the phone, and I had told her about the situation with my lashes. Immediately, she blamed it on me for coughing during the end of my service, said that the watering of my eyes must have caused them to fall out. I started to cough about 15 minutes toward the end of my session, before I coughed, I asked her if it was all right for me to cough, and she told me that all she had left to do was the inner edges of my eyes and it was no big deal for me to cough. Of course, due to all my coughing in the last 15 minutes, I tipped her $25 on top of the $175 service, I had told her that I was going out of town and needed my lashes done when I called the studio and she was in at 8:30, I had hoped that she would be able to fix my lashes that morning, but she scheduled me for Monday and I had family photos and could not wait until Monday to get my lashes fixed. I ended up scheduling with moon aesthetics, on Warfield Boulevard, The fixed my lashes at an extremely discounted rate for the inconvenience that was caused by someone else completely. On Monday, I obviously did not go to the fix appointment, where they wanted to message me and asked me if I was showing up, where I told them that I already had my lashes fixed, and they said that they would see me at my next appointment, at no point in time does she apologize or put any sense of urgency on this situation, and of course she did not offer any kind of refund, nor did I ask for one because at this point, I'm just good, I'd rather wash my hands of the place. Not to mention the entire time that I'm getting my lashes done, all of the employees are talking negatively about their manager and coworkers, just childhood drama from grown women. I don't know who Grace is, but I definitely shouldn't know as much as I know about her personal situations or her work behavior, these people are unprofessional.

I reviewed the company and they seemed to know a lot about lashes and what I was looking for. The prices were a little steep for me but I thought I was going to be paying $50 for a 40 min fill. The girl who I had scheduled with turned out to be a no show. So instead I became the guinea pig for the new girl. Needless to say when I found out my husband had paid 65 dollars for a rookie job when I used to pay 40 for a professional I was very upset. Most of the lashes fell out the next day because she didn't know how to place them properly. I hate leaving such a horrible review because the people were so nice. But never again.

Had a 1030 appointment for a 90 min massage. Arrived at 10:22 and checked in and quickly filled out…read morepaperwork. Was in the back by 10:30 and 1035 she arrived back in the room and got started. Massage was mediocre. I had to ask just to get some of the basics suck as my feet. When I asked how much time was left I was told 6 mins. When she said she was done and walked out I took my time getting up as I was laying on my stomach. When I finally finished stretching and getting off the table looked at the clock and it was only 11:51. I may not be the smartest but pretty sure 90 mins would be 10:30-1200. When I asked the manager why I was shorted time she responded with there was a 10 min consultation. Not sure when that ever accrued but if I pay for a massage I expect that 90 mins to be a massage and not me paying to fill out paperwork that took a whole 2 mins.
