My friend chose this salon based on all the great reviews on Google. We decided to make it a girls pampering day. The salon is so beautiful and brightly lit. It had such a fancy welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in everyone was really kind and attentive. We were greeted right away and checked on several times throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. They even offered us complimentary drinks and we both chose the hibiscus one. It was a nice little touch and very much appreciated. Kim was my nail tech and did a wonderful job. Went here for a pedicure, the atmosphere and the staff were really nice and welcoming ! The quality of the work unfortunately was not as expected. They took too long, they didn't remove my cuticles, the finish work of the nail polish was not what I expected. The tech didn't let the gel cure enough time so it lifted within hours leaving the salon. read more

This is the first time I went to Milano. I usually go to pink polish for over five years and they were fully booked. I looked at Milano's ratings and they were great so I went there. I told them what I wanted when I walked in and they accept walk-ins. I waited 15 minutes. And then I sat down and waited 10 more minutes and I was with a friend if they have a menu of their services I did not get it from this person that did my nails and she asked me what color I wanted I said pink there was not a big selection and so she gave me purple and I told her no I want pink and she was still confused. She glued the nails on me and cut the nail before asking me how long I wanted it to be, and the nails kept getting shorter and shorter, and the coloring was wrong. The nails came off one week later, which has never hit. All of this has never happened to me. Is she turned my hand, the way that pink polish does, and they never have made a mistake with me at pink polish, pink polishes, excellent with Milano. They turned my hand, the same way and she kept pressing on my hand so hard that I had pain days later and I pulled my hand away and she got offended, and I told her you're holding my hand too hard it hurts and she says yeah it looks like it hurts well if it looks like it hurts why did you do that? The nails came off a lot sooner than expected, but they weren't nice anyway, and my fingers are red from them coming off and when is bleeding I will never go there again I don't even know what their services are. I came here for the first time for a builder gel fill. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and I appreciated that they offered complimentary beverages during the appointment. Unfortunately, the work around my cuticles was uneven with the polish application looking sloppy. Immediately upon leaving my appointment I noticed the area around my middle finger was sore but figured my nail tech was just a little rougher when filing this nail. However, after a few days of increased pain and swelling, I went to urgent care and found out I had developed a nail infection called Paronychia. The doctor informed me this is most often caused by improperly sanitized nail tools or bacteria getting into cuts or nicks sustained during a manicure. I'm really sad because I wanted to love this place and everybody was so sweet, but I will not be back. read more

Dana took care of my pedicure and Vanessa took care of my manicure, they were absolutely amazing.
