I keep coming back here because they typically can get you right in. But maybe that's for a reason... The last few pedicures I've gotten have been very rushed. They barely buffed my heels, and by the end my feet felt the same. My nail services have also been very rushed. They almost always cut me or make me bleed and my nail shapes aren't very consistent. I have been going to Milano Nails now for almost two years and I have not once been disappointed. They really make you feel special when you walk in and you know they care because when I call to get my tip set every 4 weeks they recognize my voice and call me by name without me saying who I am. Just getting a tip set there I still get a message at the end. Their pedicures are great too! I used to go to just a regular nail place because I didn't know better. They use machines to make your nail thinner. At Milano they do not use the machines because they believe in making your nails healther and not destroying them. I was thrown off when I went in and I was nervous because it was a different technique then what I was used to. I decided to stay and see how it worked out and I refuse to go anywhere else. Very cute shop and friendly staff. I didn't wait at all, maybe because it was close to closing. I had a mani and pedi. The hot stone massage was awesome. She, and sorry I forgot her name, was a perfectionist with the paint :) which I really appreciated. I had read she hurt someone's cuticles before I tried the place out, but I had no problems ...and I'm a big baby! read more

Very nice! My husband and I came in for a pedi on Sat. Afternoon. Got right in. The Salon is clean and relaxing! We loved it and will be back! Pedi was $30. Normal for this area. The massage chair was great, the sugar scrub and mini shoulder massage at the end made it hard to leave. read more

The service was nice. But honestly, I paid $50 for a gel manicure that was chipping the day after I got it, and that is aggravating. I'm over it, I won't be coming here again. I would rather pay $35 somewhere else and have them last 2 weeks. Bad. read more

Mother/daughter pedis are great at Milano. Gin and Sara, along with the rest of their staff, are friendly. Even if I haven't been in for a while they remember my name. I could spend all day in the massage chairs! read more

My friend and I use to love coming here, but in the past few months they started timing their pedicure massages and the polish never stayed on like before. I love the ladies that work there, but am disappointed that they don't seem to care about the experience as much as they use to. read more

I have been coming here for over two years and always had good experiences until recently. I made an appointment for two pedicures at 2:30 today. We came in a couple minutes early and signed in. I noticed it was packed but figured it would be a couple of minutes so I proceeded to pick out my color. I saw a lady come in after us with her two little girls (Sorry not sorry, but why is a 9 year old getting a pedicure??). We waited about fifteen minutes and when two chairs opened up I assumed it would be us next since it was already well after our appointment time. Nope, the two little girls who came in AFTER us with no appointment were shown to the chairs. We waited another several minutes and got up to leave. The owner tried to get us to stay by saying they would be ready for us "soon." All the chairs were full and everyone was in the middle of their pedicure. It was already 25 mins past our appointment time at this point, so we left. What a waste of time. It's a shame that this salon, which used to be great, has gotten so focused on churning customers in and out instead of honoring appointments and respecting the time of their repeat customers. I saw lots of great reviews and thought I'd give this place a try. I called ahead and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, no problem and they got me in on time. The bad...My water was lukewarm at best and she didn't ask if it was ok or not before starting. The place isn't the cleanest and uses cheap products (lotions, etc.). It's been a week and I no longer have polish on my hands. 2 fingers started peeling within a day. The positive, they were extremely nice and it was affordable. Sadly, I won't be going back. Not a super experience and definitely a waste of money for a manicure. read more

This place is great. Relaxing pedi for $30 that includes a lower leg salt scrub and a neck massage at the drying table. I find many salons don't do a base and top coat unless you ask, but it is standard here. I don't live in Parker, but I will be back!! read more

Love, love, love this place!!! The staff is always friendly. Every time I go in, they ask me about my family and whatever event we talked about the previous visit. The owner even gave her customers a Christmas gift! I live the massage chairs, the heated pad that they drape over your shoulders and the shoulder massage at the end. I enjoyed my pedicure here. Their prices are good for what you get. They even do a scrub and foot massage for the basic pedicure, but still make sure they do a quick, effecient job. I like that their pedi chairs have shiatsu massage. The polish was well-done. The salon has relaxing music and doesn't smell of chemicals. If they offered water or something to drink, that would make it more of a 5-star experience. read more

Very strange owner & staff spoke Asian language constantly & we could tell they were not talking nice about everyone which is extremely rude Their work was Rushed & they made myself & 4 of my girlfriends feel awkward as if we were imposing on them between us all we spent $400 on mani pedis w the shellack product They were Very busy but under quoted us on time we even left & came back took 3 hours for a so-so job and they were very expensive. read more

My husband, daughter and I have been going to Milano Nails for 2 years for pedicures and occasionally manicures. When they first opened, they were great. We went every month and were perfectly happy with the services. I had one bad experience the whole first year with Jeanie, who cut me when clipping the cuticles. She laughed and said sorry and from that time on, I merely avoided her. This year, things have not been going well. To summarize our issues, one of the technicians massaged my calves so vigorously that I had bruises up and down both calves. I got stuck with Jeanie my last visit and she clipped me until I bled twice. She was supremely irritated that we arrived 1 hour before closing. My daughter had a manicure during which the technician brutalized every single one of her fingers so that they were swollen for 2 days- clipping cuticles! That visit was the last one and I would not recommend this shop to anyone anymore. read more

They are very friendly and do a decent job but every time I make an appointment, I end up waiting 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Their inability to keep to scheduled appointments on track is very frustrating. read more

Disappointed in the manicure. The technician filed my nails (natural) sooo short. And laughed when I mentioned it. The one coat of polish was grainy on 2 nails which she did re do. She was gentle with my cuticles, which i appreciated. She seemed as though she had other(better?) things to do. But, it wasn't very busy. Maybe the staff doesn't like when you come in at 4:30? Not one person was smiling and mostly they were watching their iPads. Not a good first impression. read more

i received a $40 gift certificate for Chritmas. Went in for a full set of nails. Didn't have acrylic but told me I should get silk nails. 2 1/2 hours later I had a sloppy set of nails. Plus after $40 gift certificate I owed another $25. 2 days later my nails started falling off. Went back in and they "fixed" them and made it look like a sloppy fill. 3 days later they started falling off again. I literally pulled all of them off very easily within 1 1/2 weeks of getting original set. Not getting my business again. VERY disappointed. read more

I walked in and was kindly greeted very bright and welcoming shop. I enjoyed my Mani/Pedi and they did a great job.

This was the best pedicure I have ever had. The nail tech was awesome took her time and was very sweet. The massage chairs were wonderful and the salon was clean. I will be back for sure. read more

Do not expect to schedule an appointment here. Just go as a walk-in and expect to wait. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived there were 4 other people waiting - 2 walk-ins and a mom and daughter who had also scheduled an appointment. They took both of the walk-ins before taking those of us that scheduled an appointment. They then proceeded to tell us it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before a person freed up to take one of us that had an appointment. I left and will not go back.
