Milano Pizzeria is a small pizzeria shop located in New Castle. They serve salads, pizzas, wings and pasta. I ordered a cheesesteak wrap and pizza . The cheesesteak wrap is very generous. You can add whatever extras you would like on your wrap. The wrap is served with fries. The fries were just okay and could have been cooked a tad bit longer and hit with some salt. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. The pizza crust is a little thick, and it taste like they make their own sauce. Overall I was impressed. read more

I was traveling in the area and wanted a cheesesteak. The people were friendly and welcoming. I decided to eat in at one of their 2 tables. They brought the terrific cheesesteak, along with fantastic fries. I started to clean up and they said that was their job, with a smile. Went back a couple days later, different but equally friendly people. I chose a Happy Salad with chicken and was happy I did. It was also fantastic. Went here on the humble because my daughter is down the street about to give birth. Everyone ordered pizza and this was the closest place. I was actually impressed. The price is good. Portions are good. Service is good. Food is ok, but it's to be expected from a pizzeria, so i do recommend Milanos over some others. 2 suggestions I do have is try not over cooking the pasta. Pasta over cooked is way too mushy & make the desserts slightly bigger for that price. Example, the Tiramisu for 5.00 i know several other pizzeria that charge 6 but its like 3 of your piece and taste fresher. I will return and try other menu items. Keep pushing to do better than yesterday cause your right there close to perfection. read more

I tried this place off a whim via GrubHub. To say that I wasn't impressed would be an understatement. For $18 shrimp Alfredo , I barely got any shrimp. Also it was insanely heavy on the parsley (stems weren't removed). I couldn't really enjoy it. I also ordered hot wings which were disfigured and off putting. Will not be ordering again. read more

This place is great. We just moved here and got the menu in the mailbox. The staff are so friendly and delivery was super quick. We got the flounder dinner which was enough for four people! Also amazing ! Super crisp and still hot when it arrived. The pizza was incredible almost deep dish with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We tried the bbq wings too and they were also insanely good. Jumbo wings and the bbq was a perfect Smokey sweet. We had to try the corn bites too and we never knew what we were missing !! I have never been so disrespected by a restaurant employee. This place has decent food but that woman running the front was a miserable unit. Rude, inappropriate attire, bad attitude, unpleasant, impolite. I demanded a refund and she was reluctant, pretending not to hear me. Tried this place for the first time for dinner, and was extremely impressed! Large menu with lots of options, and relatively well priced. Ordered the chicken parm dinner which comes with garlic bread and salad, and an appetizer portion of meatballs. For under $13, this fed two people with leftovers! Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and portions were very generous. Also appreciated them wearing masks and posting that masks are required on the door. Will definitely be coming back!! read more

The staff is friendly. I have had the pizza and steak sandwiches. The pizza was the best of the two. The dough was soft with just enough chew, with prefect balance of cheese and sauce. The steak sandwich was just ok. I found the roll to be too soft. It seemed to lacking in flavor. It wasn't the worst I have ever had, but it was far from the best. Today we ordered lunch from this place and waited for an hour and a half before calling to find out where our food was. When we got the manager on the phone, he stated that the delivery person came to our business, walked inside and nobody helped him. It's a small business. I was at the front the entire time waiting. We also have a receptionist who is stationed at the door. Nobody came inside our building. The manager was rude, basically called us liars and stated that they would not re-deliver our food. Worst customer service ever! I will never order from this place again. read more

I like the pizza because they make their own sauce, but the funny thing is that their best item is their cheesesteak. They actually mix in the cheese instead of just throwing it on the bottom. Keeps the steak from burning too. And they have a probably 1/2 burger that is awesome but is way underpriced! read more

Only thing that bothers is that if you get the loaded fries, they just throw the cheese on top. So all of the cheese is on top and dry fries on the bottom. The pizza is a lot better, tho. read more

Horrible customer service, they do not honor the menu prices off of the menu they give out with their orders. I have ordered numerous times, both from work and home, my company will no longer order from them as this is an ongoing issue. The woman whom takes my order is always so pleasant and nice, the man, maybe manager/owner is horrible. Told me to order somewhere else because HIS prices were wrong. I'll keep my business with Little Anthony's and Ciao's. Much better. They just lost a lot of business with my company. read more
