Dimeo s fueled me to an outstanding run at the Delaware Marathon. After Amtraking down from NYC and picking up my race bib on Saturday, i lunched on a delicious pepperoni pie. Growing up with Italian ethnicity in Boston, I'm a pizza snob. These guys at DiMeo's know how to make a pizza. Crispy blend of cheese and sauce replete with a healthy dose of olive oil. Was i really in downtown Wilmington and not Boston's North End? It was so good, i went back for dinner for a chicken pesto panini on the eve of the race.
