My husband will pick up plants and small trees for certain jobs in Spring and Summer, and I like to grab some random colored sedum or hostas to fill my gardens throughout the season. Everything we've purchased from here has thrived and always ends up looking beautiful! The helpful staff is always there to greet you, as they can usually be found watering trees and plants while tinkering around the property. In addition to the greenery, they have an extensive collection of statuary, fountains, gazing balls, wind chimes, and memorial stones inside the shop. Need a giant Buddha? They've got one. Need a stone for your pet's grave? They've got a bunch. Need a bird feeder? There are plenty to choose from! Big or small, for all your planting and gardening needs, you're sure to find it at Milford Gardens!

The company (out of Atlanta, GA.). refused to reimburse me for lawn cutting that I did not ask for because they did a horrible job two weeks earlier and was fired. They claim they did not have a record of cancellation, only not to cut the second week. The catch is that you are asked to enter a special calling/texting circle of communication. This is the only way you can communicate with them. They then dispatch a local crew that they don't even know. The local crew left our lawn in horrible condition. which is why they were fired after the fist week! Do not ever do business with this company unless you are a real risk taker! Poor business moel, poor service, poor results and poor satisfaction!

I live on a dirt street and Chura and Son's has been snowplowing it for all these years with hardly a complaint. Anytime I have had a concern of any type, I have contacted Mr. Chura and he has had it resolved as quickly as possible. I do not know what lays behind the negative reviews I've read, but this has certainly not been the experience I or my neighbor (who owns a horsefarm and uses Chura and Son's for groundskeeping) have experienced. That part didn't go as well as it should have, the weather turned up the heat, and for as much as I watered: still the plants were charred by the string of super sunny, hot days. Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!
