I got my tuck tinted and had a clear bra installed. The clear bra was cut and installed unevenly leaving paint exposed. The tint was immediately peeling. I gave them the benefit of doubt and contacted them to get the outstanding issues resolved. It was like pulling teeth and zero apology or empathy from the business. I went in for the 2nd appointment and most of the clear bra concerns were addressed but new parts of the clear bra were cut or peeled. The tint was still bubbling. They stated the part of the top window will always bubble!? The business informed me that they tried their best and this is the best they can do. I simply want what was promised on their website and not their best shot at attempting to install a clear bra and tint. I may be unfortunate to be 1 of 100 cars/trucks they serviced with lack of quality but you should know if this happens to you, you will not find a resolution from this business. It is comical that a detail shop literally cuts corners (in my case clear bra corner) If you value your car, take your hard earned money to another place. In the event, you are installing this for a beater car and you don't care about service, quality or cost; this is a place to consider. read more

These guys killed it. Everyone else was weeks out for install they got me in 3 days within my original reach out. Car tinted was a Tesla Model 3. Work was done sooner than estimated, was an easy drop off and pick up. This is the second vehicle we've taken to MHC and after the first I actually called the shop and asked to speak to the installer. They were a bit taken aback, but I wanted to personally thank them for a super-quality job applying Paint Protection Film (clear bra) and tint. At that point, I knew that when I acquired a new car, my first stop would be to MHC for 5-year Ceramic application (equivalent of a very long-term wax), PPF and ceramic tint. The pricing is fair and competitive, the talent of the installers is very high and the commitment to their craft and quality is readily apparent. I hate to have to write this because the manager went the extra mile tonight to make things right for us! However, our vehicle should have never been given to us in the condition it was. Our clear bra package was not completely sealed nor put on neatly or cut nicely. In addition, one of our door handles was put on very crooked & didn't seem to be cut properly. After reading the reviews we drove almost an hour to receive a quality job on our new Ram & unfortunately that wasn't the case. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the completed job. Thankfully they stayed open several more hours and the manager fixed/replaced the shotty work. He also gave a $25 discount; we don't think that was enough considering the hassle, the long wait & having to eat out but he was very nice and accommodating & truly tried to make it right. I have to give him kudo's!! In conclusion, I can't say that I'd recommend this place. I'm not sure who installed our package or what went wrong but I think it needs to be addressed so this doesn't happen to the next person. read more

These guys are amazing! Came in around 10 am to get my new BMW tinted. They patiently explained all the different options and were even able to fit me in for same day service! The waiting area was comfortable, they provided WiFi so I could work while I waited, and even offered refreshments. Brought my 2020 Subaru STI to Mile High Customs to have it wrapped to protect the paint. The vehicle has less than 4k miles on it, I was called by Hozifa who told me that my car was done but the window switches were no longer working. They took my car to the Subaru dealership, and I was told that the part had to be ordered so I could pick my vehicle up (broken) and they'd call me once Subaru notified Mile High Customs that the part was in. I called Subaru to find out what the exact issue was with my car. I was told that Hozifa, employee of Mile High said it was his personal vehicle and that the windows haven't worked from day one, that was a lie. I explained the situation to Subaru and that it is my vehicle, I was then told by Subaru that the wiring for the windows had been yanked out and the connectors were damaged. When I talked to Mile High they then denied that they damaged my car which makes no sense because if they didn't damage it why would they just offer to take it to the dealership and lie about what happened to get the repair done under warranty? Hozifa then refused to make it right. I now have to find time to take my car back to dealership and have the repair done. Horrible customer service and lacked professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want sloppy work and to your vehicle broken. Very disappointed and won't be going back. read more

I was very satisfied with Mile High Customs. They were patient to explain the shade of tints and no high sales pitch or pressure. Just a nice relaxing atmosphere. The waiting room is equipped with comfortable reclining chairs and a mini fridge of drinks for the wait. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and a pleasant experience. The tint was good but they had extra hidden charges and unless you buy the extra warranty they guarantee nothing on the work they do! The Groupon was not worth it!
