This place was very efficient with getting an appointment on the day that I need. I was only available certain days and I was able to get it. The tint was done in less than three hours and they look great. The owner is very kind and gives advice on which tint to get. This is the place to go if you need any tinting or clear bra. The price is great and while waiting, you can sit or go to nearby cafe. Once again, go to this place if you need any window tinting for sure. Awful customer service, and the manager Dom such an arrogant person, over priced for a lame car wash and detail. Charged $130 including tip that according to the employees it doesn't even go to them. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for your car detailing. read more

Filled out online form for estimate, APPROVED estimate, made an appointment and drove 38 minutes to their shop. Upon arrival I was told my job would cost an additional $115. Claimed every car is "different" and it was only an estimate. There is no difference in the sunroof or windows on any 2012 Audi Q-5, they are all exactly the SAME. I understand mistakes happen. The problem I have with Tint my Ride is that they did not offer to remedy THEIR mistake ( Hey this was our mistake, we will split the difference in the extra cost and get the job done for you since you drove almost 40 minutes one way to get here). instead, got the customary "sorry about that" and a shrug of her shoulders. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I let my wallet do the talking and walked right out of there. Maybe I should contact the Attorney General's Office, BECAUSE bait and switch sales tactics are frowned upon. read more

Not sure what is worse. The owner. The installers. Or the customer service. First impressions are important and the front desk ladies look like they just got back from the club. I should have taken this as a sign and left. I brought my vehicle in for a clear bra on the front bumper, window tint and a taillight wrap. They failed on all 3. The installation was one of the worst jobs I have ever seen and their customer service matched. It took over 9 months to finally get my issue resolved and able to finally post a review. For the clear bra I was told it would take about 3 hours to install, it took an entire day. They said it would be done in one piece, they wrapped it in 6 pieces. There were gaps all over the place with jagged edges and none of the 6 pieces lined up. They did redo it but their 2nd attempt was just as bad as the first. I had asked multiple times for them to redo it or refund me. They never returned any of my calls or offered to fix it. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get any action from them. Finally, after 9 months they removed all of it and I will be having it redone by another place that knows what they are doing. For the windows the tint is pulling up from the bottom on 2 of the windows. Thankfully I don't have to roll these windows down. On the driver's window there is dust in the tint and they cut a piece out of the top left corner, I have to be careful to not roll the window down all of the way and snag it. I ended up correcting the tint on the 2 windows they messed up and just going to live with the drivers window. Due to all of the above they offered me free install to get the taillights wrapped in vinyl if I provided the vinyl, which I paid out of pocket for. I don't know why I thought they could do this any better. This was by far their worst install. It was not cut straight again and cut way too small. They didn't get the water out from underneath so it started peeling off the same day. By day 2 all of the corners were peeled up and I ended up removing it losing money on the vinyl wrapping I provided and 2 hours for them to install it. You get what you pay for, spend the extra money and go to a better more qualified shop. read more

I have these guys tint 2 vehicles. The first time was good and the second was a nightmare. They didn't install the film as requested on the windshield. When I went back to request they fix it they wanted to charge double what I paid the first time! $80 to redo the windshield 8" down. The owner then got combative, cussed at me and tried to throw me out. Unbelievably poor customer service. read more

I received a Groupon from my boyfriend to get tint on my car. I scheduled my appointment and the guy I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and we scheduled my appointment. Today I went in for my appointment and the lady (sorry I forgot to get her name) behind the desk explained everything to me and she was super nice and helpful. I didn't know anything about the process and different types. She was so helpful, thank you for explaining everything to me. I used my Groupon and paid a extra for a darker tint. UPDATE: 3/8/21 - changed from 1 star to 4. The owner, Taha, contacted me regarding my original review below. He acknowledged my experience as terrible and offered to reimburse me for my expenses. Because of the way he handled things and how he responded to what happened, I decided to apply the reimbursement towards actually receiving a tint from them, in order to fully rectify my initial bad review and give them a second chance. I am glad I did! Today was great, my tint job looks awesome, I was in and out in under two hours, and I am pleased to be able to change this review to a positive one! I feel good about the customer service I received to turn a bad experience around into a great one! Thank you! Today cost me $70, a missed important meeting, a day off wasted, and my windows were never tinted! My appointment was at noon and I was told it would take 2-4 hours and I couldn't wait there due to covid restrictions. At 2:30pm I called to see how much longer and was told that they hadn't started my car yet and when they did it would be 4 hours. I asked what time they closed, it was at 5pm, and was assured my car would be done and I'd have it back today. I hadn't heard anything so I showed up at 5pm before they closed, to find out that my car STILL hadn't been started! After spending $70 for transportation from the shop and back, I wasn't leaving and coming back again and I wasn't going to wait there into the evening hours when it still hadn't even been started on. They said an employee quit today and caused the back up on work, and while I totally am understanding that unexpected things happen, it shouldn't be at the cost of your customers time/money and someone should have been communicating this to me as I'm wasting my day waiting around. There wasn't any offer of wanting to make things right for the major inconvenience or really recognizing it on my behalf. I appreciate the apology and explanation, but it was an expense to me today to NOT have a service provided by you and that should have been acknowledged and cared for. As a small business owner myself, I would never put a customer out time/money wasted and certainly would do what I could to make it up to them. I had come here using a living social deal, 95$ tint for 5 windows at the original cost, they weren't satisfied- and made a call to me telling me it would cost 75$ more to tint the vehicle because they had to remove a sticker from my rear window. I agreed and was expecting them to let me know my vehicle was done (they quoted me a 3hr tops job) I'm sitting here 9 hours after I brought my car in. They have not only lied about my car but they almost failed to call me before they closed, I had the worst experience here. ------/ Edit: the manager knocked the price down to the original living social deal after a bit of discussion. Although this job was quoted to take 3 hours and it ended up taking 3 times that.
