Came here to get my car done after calling around. They were able to fit me in same day whereas the other 4 places I called weren't able to. I opted for the ceramic tint all around. Question is why would you cheap out on something that you need to see through? Go with the premium tint here and pay the extra for ceramic if you can. I upgraded to their premium option and was charged an additional $150 over the groupon price. Veronica advertises herself as a non sales person and yet, she does a great job with the upsell story. The details about the type of tint I got as well as any details were not provided, so I have no real way to know what was truly installed. Looks like they did a great job on installation. Update on my first review. 3years ago I gave 2 stars. For poor customer service and install of the window tint. " there was dirt under the tint, the tint wasent installed even with the glass edges. And corners started to lift after a couple months. So i thought i would give them another chance with my 16' BMW m235 coupe. Unfortunately this place hasent changed or improved in the slightest way. - scheduled an appointment at 9am. Showed up at 9:15. There was someone sleeping in the waiting room chair curled up in a ball. I was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete. And taha said he would be at the shop to make sure the tint would be installed professionally. Taha never showed up. - 11am I received a phone call. And was told that they didnt know how to install the rear glass tint because there is some electrical parts below the rear deck. - I called BMW about the electrical and other tint shops. Every other tint shop knew h ow to install tint without having to worry about damaging the parts. - 11:20 called the shop back asked for taha to call me. And was told that they had the back 1/4 windows done. And were starting the doors and that taha was on his way to the shop. -12pm I decided to go to the shop and see how the car was coming along. When I showed up at the shop. The receptionist said that taha or his boss was going to give me a call. "Never received a phone call from taha or his boss" The receptionist went to the back and said that she could get all techs working on it and they could finish it in 45mins. Hut over the phone she said she was having the best tech starting to work on it. I said I will just take the car back. It took her 15mins. To pull the car out of the shop. And to no surprise.... they never even started to work on any of windows. As there was 4 tech's. Standing around the car. So I had an exchange of words with the receptionist. I asked why nothing has been done and why she lied to me. She was quick with excuses and quick to insult me. And threated to charge me a $25 fee! If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly do not know how a business keeps its doors open with the lack of communication, lack of experience and knowledge of cars, and most importantly the lies they are willing to tell there costumers. My boyfriend got his car tinted here and it looked great so I decided to bring my SUV in to get everything tinted but the windshield. After the 1-2 week wait period I noticed 3/5 windows tinted had bubbles on them so I brought it back to be redone. They said the one window wasn't going to be redone since it doesn't have more than 3-5 bubbles which is industry standard to be replaced (it has over 20 bubbles in it, small ones but they're there). They also claimed that my dog had scratched the tint when in reality is has one smudge from her nose on it and because of this it voids all warranty on replacing it. I might add to this they were closing in 40 mins when they got to taking a look at my vehicle and were leaving right after my vehicle was completed. The guy literally brought the keys up front said it's done and I'm going home. I don't recommend this place for tinting unless you want bubbles in your windows and poor customer service. There are better places in Denver to tint. read more

Made an appointment for 3:30 only to arrive at 3:34 and be informed that the install tech didn't have enough time for the day. If 5 minutes is your make or break you shouldn't be setting up appointments. I was pretty much told to have a nice day. Feel bad I even "have" to give them one star. Not the way customers should be treated. Edit: Ask your receptionist who can confirm it was scheduled for 3:30. I had originally asked for 4 but she said we can squeeze you in at 3:30. I called at 12:26 today by the way. I left work early and drove 23 miles from the airport only to be told "we can't do it today" if you can't do it then don't schedule appointments. read more

!!!GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!! Short version - Preface this by saying the tint looks good. However, I felt duped on the pricing. I feel like I was bait and switched via the Groupon offering. If you get Premium or Prestige tinting, your Groupon is worth as much as you purchased it for. In my case I paid $95.00 for a Groupon I thought would be worth $214.00... Instead the $95.00 Groupon I bought, was worth $95.00 at tint my ride. They also need to show how much their full retail price runs, at least show an estimated retail price. There's no pricing estimate at all on their website OR in their lobby. __ Long version The tint job itself would receive 4-5 stars, but the bait and switch bs they pull via the groupon I purchased is why I'm removing 3 stars. Nothing enrages me more as a consumer, as dishonest pricing, and bait & switch tactics. I purchased a $95.00 Groupon which says it would be valued at $214.00. There's a catch, this valuation is ONLY if you buy their basic bare bones tinting service. I was shown a car with premium tint. I liked the way it looked, so I paid $100.00 dollar charge to upgrade to premium. I also paid $29.00 to add a tint strip to the top of my front windshield. The total upgrade charge was $129.00 It was my fault for not remember how much I paid for my Groupon, and that it said it was valued at $214.00. However, I trusted the business to not pull a bait and switch. I had called later in the day, after doing the math. I had asked their front desk representative what the full retail price of their "premium" package + tint strip of the front windshield would normally run. She quoted 225-235. That's when I felt conned. I paid $95.00 for a Groupon I had thought would be valued at 214... it was valued at $95.00, making it pointless to purchase it in the first place. You might as well just go in and pay the full retail price for the Premium tint package,which is $225-235.00 Groupon $95.00 Upgrade to premium $100.00 Adding the premium tint strip to the top of my front windshield $29.00 Total - $224.00 + tax __ Quoted full retail for Premium tint, and a tint strip on the top front of a vechicle - $225-235.00+ tax __ Do the math, buying a Groupon is worthless if you upgrade to their premium package. The fine print itself is dubious at best. Fine print - Valid only for option purchased. Valid for 30% film tint; extra charge for darker tint, Premium or Prestige series. What Groupon and/or Tint My Ride should have clarified, was that the $214.00 valuation of the $95.00 Groupon ONLY applies to if you buy the basic/standard tint package. The terminology used above makes it sound like the $95.00 Groupon is still valued at $214.00, and that you'd be assessed a charge to upgrade to premium. The charge in this case was 100 + 29 for the front windshield tint strip. Which ends up being full retail price anyways, after you add the $95.00 you paid for your Groupon. Most people would say "oh wow cool, 129 bucks for a 225-235 service. No, you need to add the $95 you paid for the Groupon as well. 129+95 = 224 The option I purchased was the Premium package. Which I interpreted as the $214.00 valuation of my $95.00 Groupon being applied to the retail full cost of a $225-235.00 premium tint package. Which means the upgrade should have only cost me at most 21 dollars extra. Not happy with the scammy like pricing. read more

Great Customer Service, started from the Receptionist until Amin! They did help me with my GROUPON and recommendation. I told them that I have a baby and I don't want to be pull over by Police. So She recommended me with 15% Tint and Amin was making sure that everything will be just fine here in Colorado. Quality... You can see from the Picture of my 2014 Chevy Cruz with 15% Tint that I attached and I'm still on self healing 3-5 Days Mode. The Car is more Cooler Temperature and comfortable inside for us. I left a review on Google Maps, only to be told that I was a fake reviewer. So now I'll be updating my review here on yelp as well. I've never been told by a company that I didn't exist on their system when leaving feedback and that I somehow was an employee from another company.... 1. First I dropped off my car (at 10 AM) and was told it would take a couple of hours. I've called 3-4 times through out the day and I would always get a "it's going to be completed soon" just so they can get rid of me. I ended up coming to their store at 9 pm, I was literally about to ask for my money back and that's when they started saying "oh they're working on it now, just wait here in this lobby" and I did for like 30-45 minutes. I'm just frustrated at the fact that instead of saying "We will need you to leave your car here all day until night" you repeatedly lied over the phone "it will be completed soon" through the course of the day. 2. After waiting 10+ hours, the job was a decent 4/10. It was simply rushed and was told after a couple of days the bubbles would go away, but it didn't happen. It's a pretty bad feeling when your friends know you've waited all day and only for them to find out that they did a bad job on it, pretty embarrassing really. 3. Whoever is responding to feedback/reviews cannot simply lie about "he doesn't exist on our system, he's a fake reviewer/another employee. I brought my 2016 Toyota 4Runner in to get the front windows tinted as well as my windshield. They did an amazing job, it turned out great!! I love the look of the 50% on the windshield. One star as I can't choose zero. Had a Groupon. Once there, they said there were numerous up-charges. Only the basic tint at 30% was covered and no warranty. They also wanted to up-charge to remove a sticker. 3 minutes with a razor on my own if I would have known. Up- charge of $40 for two opera windows. There were 2 other people there and each was having an issue. Agreed upon terms over the phone now mysteriously vanished for one guy to the tune of $200. I told them I would not do business with a firm that manipulative and if I had to eat the cost of the Groupon, so be it. I can't support this kind of service. Go elsewhere. read more

This place is as bad as it gets...first, what they quoted me for window tint and a ​clear bra was NOTHING they could or would do. They blamed everything on the girl ("we are going to fire her") who answers the phone. What's funny about that is this same girl went back and confirmed certain items with the guys in the back when I called​ them first to make the ​appt. Then I call the day before my appointment to just confirm everything since there were others that posted​ bad reviews and the receptionist was like "yep, all that sounds right and I added all that to your appt notes". I was somewhat flexible​​e and had made some concessions​​s on the window film as he informed me he could do it at X price if I used different film and also did the clear bra. Then, after I agreed upon that he turned around and renigged on that offer and said I knew too much about these products ?#$%^ He then called the "owner" Ahmad...when I spoke with Ahmad he was of course "oh my goodness, we never do that to customers. I am going to fix everything and call you back...blah blah blah". I've heard nothing. Basically what you have here is a complete scam.
