Yeah I wouldn't use this company. They send this guy over and he pulls up in his own personal car doesn't have a uniform on and I thought he did the job correctly I hook up the battery the next couple of days when I had time to pull the car out of the garage and soon as I connect the battery the signal light is on without the key even being in the ignition or the ignition even turned I called them up and it was his day off so the next day he calls me and says he didn't do anything wrong I told him it wasn't like that when I pulled the car into the garage he says he didn't do anything wrong. Do not go through this locksmith for a new key for your car! We got a new key for our 2012 Honda accord not 4-5 months later we were having issues with it locking and unlocking the car. We just dealt with it thinking maybe the battery is just getting low but at least it still starts the car. Flash forward another 4 months we replace the battery but now the key isn't programmed at all. Called Mile high locksmith services and they only warranty it for 6 months! Are you kidding me 6 months when the original key worked for 11 years! So now we are being told they can't do anything except charge us to come out and reprogram it all which is $160+! Go through your dealer and do not get the knock of key fob they use! You should be able to replace the battery and it still work but not their product read more

The so-called locksmith took the bottom of my dash apart did the job halfway and said he needed a part, and he would get back to me that evening didn't hear anything .Texted 7 days later.To basically the same conversation .I'll get back to you as soon as possible and let you know. 7 days later dropped him another text and did not hear back at all from the so-called locksmith. Call the company directly the person said he would have the so-called locksmith call me never heard a word .If you need a part I do not recommend this company as they have the crappies communication that I have ever worked with.I would not recommend them even to unlock a car I would give the person a wire hanger first. read more

If I could give more stars I would... LOTS to write but the point is this. I have a truck that was broken into. I called MHL, they came out the next day, and Vince, (a lock GOD in my opinion... ;) ), showed up at my house, fixed the handle and put the door back together in around 12 minutes. Obviously he has done this before, MANY times, and was VERY nice doing it. ALSO, I had an older key FOB that needed replaced. He ordered me one, then showed up at my house, programmed the new FOB in about... oh... 45 SECONDS and BAM... good to go with a new FOB. It also was not as expensive as the horror stories you hear of these new FOBs costing around 250+ dollars. I HIGHLY recommend this company AND Vince's services. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!! Over the phone I was told it would be $65 but in the end I was charged $140 so the guy could jiggle some pointy tool in the lock and put up an act "that it just was too hard", tell me it was an "old" lock" and then he slid a credit card in the door jamb where the knob was located, jimmied it around for about 10 seconds and presto, it was unlocked! EVEN I KNOW THAT CREDIT CARD TRICK AND WAS KICKING MYSELF THAT I DIDN'T TRY THAT FIRST!!! He even tried to upsell me on a new lock saying that the one on the door was "old" and for just $200 more he would replace it! read more

While I was out of town my cat sitter had my keys stolen. This company was willing to come out & worked with me to get the right identification to allow her to get in. That's the good part. Unfortunately they claimed they needed to drill the lock & charged $180 and left a million metal shards all over my place (where my pets were obviously going to walk). I know it was not necessary to drill the lock as I locked myself out a couple years ago and it did not require drilling. When I returned I had my locks replaced by another great company which charged almost half of what this company charged for this service on two doors and did a great job with excellent service. I had a less than desirable experience. Okay. First of all the phone service wasn't bad. They were nice but the actual technician oh my goodness he was so digustingly rude for no reason. I had locked myself out of my running car and it was cold and windy out and I'm still trying to get to know the area. I panic and call them thinking "oh this shouldn't cost too much" So I sit outside in the cold for an hour and I had to call them again for an ETA and they said 10-15 but no he came in 20-25 minutes and I thought I was supposed to be looking for like a professional van or something but no this guy pulls up in his own car. That's already highly unprofessional in my opinion. Like I didn't know about the pricing and when he said $120 and I was like "really?? 120 to unlock my car that takes literally 5 minutes tops" He says: "what? How much did you think it was gonna cost?" And I reply: "idk like $20-40" He then says: "why didn't you tell me you only wanted to pay 40 bucks. I wouldn't have came. (Like what??!! That's rude) I can give you a discount you can pay $100" and at this point I was frustrated and just cold so I paid him the money and left. I guess this is a life lesson living on my own. read more

Came and replaced a lock and proceeded to be abusive towards the lock face while installing. It has been a day and a half and the lock is falling apart and doesn't return calls. Would not recommend. read more
