We needed a locked replaced. We arranged to have him at our home in one hour. He was prompt. Extremely friendly. Chatted with my husband. Worked efficiently, neatly. When he finished my husband asked him about re-keying a couple of our other locks. What would be the price, when could we schedule? He gave us a quote. We agreed. He re-keyed those locks right then. Said he would have the work completed in a couple of hours. Then left without saying anything. I have reason to believe that the "technician" was a subcontractor, not JC's employee. Contacted JC and was met with hostility and defensiveness. Too many competitors for JC to provide such terrible service.

I wish I had as this took six trips and approximately eight weeks and phone calls and patience to get a workable key fob for my Honda CRV. Owner on the edge of rude quite often even though I was 100% patient with him. Seems like this is a hobby rather than a business. Listen to his phone message, not at all welcoming when you first call and his hours are quite limited.
