They helped me through a really tough afternoon after losing the key to my rental car. The car was very new and it was tough to make a new key but the tech never gave up. When things were looking grim he offered solutions and it felt like he genuinely cared about us. He even called the next day to make sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything. I purchased a car anti theft device on Amazon, and it came with 2 keys that had a huge plastic thing and didn't fit in my 'wallet' keychain (where the keys stack on top of each other), so the plastic 'head' wouldn't allow for it. I emailed them, and in the subject even said "NOT EMERGENCY", and I received a super quick response, helping me, and asking for more details (pictures, serial # and other items to help me out).. At the end of the day, I bought a no name product with some screwed up keys on Amazon - all me - but the service and helpfulness I got from Highlands Locksmith (Roee), was great! I accidentally locked myself out of my house and called Gregory after bigger companies were not open or only gave me the option to leave a voicemail. Gregory came to my home at 5pm on a Saturday and made it there in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, Gregory told me that I had an out-of-date lock that could not be picked. He said the only way he knew how to get me in would be to destroy the lock; however, before he did this he had me call other locksmiths just to make sure they didn't have the ability to get me in an easier way. They didn't. Gregory broke the lock for me, and when I asked him how much I owed he said nothing. Even after he drove all the way out! He offered to come by the next day to help me put new doorknobs on (I still had a deadbolt so my house was secure enough for the evening). He came out Sunday early afternoon, put my locks in, changed the new locks to match my dead bolt and gave me several copies of the key. Normal locksmiths would have charged me 100s for the after hours and Sunday visit plus the labor, but Gregory only charged me $66. I still can't believe it. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient and honest, Gregory is your guy!
