This station had the absolute best gas prices in the area by far. There were plenty of pumps and they have a drive through drink spot attached to the shop. The shop itself also had good prices and had everything we needed. We felt lucky to have found this place. read more

I entered the store at approximately 1450 hours today to gas up my truck. I met a young cashier clerk named Sean with long curly hair at the cashier counter next to the liquor section. I provided Sean with my Diamonds Player Club card to pay for my gas. He took the card and processed the payment. He then threw the card back to me, which went to the ground. His actions/demeanor were very rude toward the customer, and I didn't know why he acted like that. I suggest that Sean be retrained in customer service skills before going back to his regular daily duties. read more

We have popped by here a few times making our way through the peninsula for some of the most affordable petrol around. Staff indoors have always been friendly, and the pumps are clean and well maintained. It's on the larger side of gas stations we have seen, so it's somehow more inviting and easier to navigate around cars/trucks also partaking of the lower prices. read more

The foundation for greatness was poured for this gasmart. They have great possibilities. Drive-thru espresso, an indoor coffee shop stocked with games, exceptional liquor store options with well stocked coolers and quick to go lunch choices. Staff are upbeat and helpful any time of day or night. The place is primed for greatness. They have tons of underutilized space inside. I know they have ambitions to expand their offerings. But, the pace of change has been very slow. Part of my impatience is due to my extreme preference for one of the rumored expansion ideas: seafood! They have been talking about bringing seafood in from another local tribal enterprise. I think this would be fantastic! They already offer razor clams. They are flash frozen and in one of the coolers. I don't think many know about them. But, for less than $16.00 a pound, you can get one of the most popular shellfish products in the coastal northwest. Think how great it would be to have convenient access to the rest of the commercial tribal fisheries! read more

Cheap inexpensive gas, so filler'up! Stock up on liquor, wine, cigarettes, cigars, lattes. Good prices and high quality. Nice clean restrooms. Add an extra star if you like old town hamburger joints. Subtract a star if you need a restroom because they don't have one. Go across the street at the gas station, ewwh! Big appetites will be challenged by big foot burger: two 1/3 lb patties on a French roll. There is a reason this place had been serving for decades. read more

That's right. I'm reviewing a Shell station. Because this isn't just any Shell station; this was made with pride and love; I've in fact never seen any Shell like it. Wooden A-frame (if memory serves me, which it often does not) with big beams, small, designerly tungsten-like lights spaced neatly overhead so the lighting is polite, even kind of romantic-in absolute contrast to the sickening, greenish fluorescence of your average sad, broke-down Shell station. Shell is always overpriced gas, so I can't in good conscience give it full starrage. But this one, which I think is reservation-run, is a total coup on your workaday gas station. Huge and filled with souvenirs that are carefully and advantageously displayed, its bathrooms are infinitely less horrifying than the typical gas station, and I actually go ever-so-slightly out of my way to fuel up here because in 50% of the cases, when I've partaken of their ACTUALLY NOT TERRIBLE in-house coffee, they have given it to me for free because it's later in the evening. Skimming the reviews, I can see they've had some staffing problems perhaps, but actually it was the unswervingly sweet and cheerful employees here that lingered in my recall of the place, and this persuaded me to review a gas station...something which otherwise might fall just a bit below noteworthiness. There's some love being put into doing a job well done here; that deserves a tip of the hat. Note: late at night, through no fault of theirs, this place can get a small outer shell of drunken idiots loitering in the parking lot. If you're a woman, it might get noisome. I suggest yelling fiercely and loudly, because this scatters them like grouse. The element of surprise is a woman's best weapon. That, and appearing unhinged and as though you may charge like an enraged Pamplona bull. read more

Wow, I'm pretty lucky to have this gas station on my work commute. Other than consistently having the lowest priced gasoline in the area, they have a humidor, decent coffee, a wide selection of snacks and drinks, and an impressive alcohol selection. I find that their liquor is reasonably priced and usually have good sales. there are 20 fuel pumps, so It's rare that I have to wait to refuel, which is pretty nice as well. read more

It seems strange reviewing a gas station, but this is definitely the nicest Shell station I've been to. Operated by the Suquamish tribe, it has a very nice wood cabin looking convenience store stocked with anything you could possibly need. I believe they have 20 different pumps, which is almost absurd considering the population in the area. Don't waste your time second guessing if the Texaco down the street is cheaper. They are always the same price! Both the Texaco and this Shell are cheaper than anything you'll find in Poulsbo. The new Safeway in Poulsbo may compete, but it's still not open. read more

Great place to buy liquor if you work odd hours like I do. I think until 10pm (11pm on weekends) and until 6pm on sundays (but beer until 10pm). Also the cheapest smokes around. They even take coupnons for smokes (like you get from signing up to websites) where as other gas stations wouldn't accept them just grocery stores. (Hello a buck off 4.50 or 6.50 hmm yay Masi). Cashiers sorta on the pokey side but all in all really nice. But there can be waits sometimes. They also remodeled and added more hi-techo pumps so getting gas is a snap. Which is great because other than its sister store across the street, it is the cheapest gas in the county! It's even usualluy an average of .05 cheaper than am/pm in Silverdale and much better gas!!! read more

Good place with drive thru for a morning espresso drink. Not quite as consistent with drinks late in the afternoon or on weekends. Probably as good a convenience store as I've been in for a long time. Big selection, everything you need (and Shell gas) and I've never ever seen the folks inside in anything other than the most cheerful moods. Always lots of staff to help out! Many hot coffee selections, housemade snacks such as sandwiches and burritos as well as usually a kettle of chili, and sausage gravy and biscuits on. Liquor store inside and sit in or drive thru coffee cafe. I haven't tried the cafe coffee yet. Basic necessities and loads of local and regular ice cream brands. Gas is pretty spendy. This place is always hopping because they are a couple miles from the Suquamish Casino. read more

This review is specifically regarding Masi's coffee service! The Masi Shop has a drive-thru coffee shop, yet you can access it from inside of the store as well. The baristas are friendly, knowledgeable, and always in a great mood, I've found. Since I go to this shop every weekend and order the exact same drink, they've memorized it and are ready to start making it as soon as I pull up to the window. Great tasting, consistently made, coffee drinks. I'm very pleased that they carry a sugar-free mocha mix that is diabetic friendly (very low carb!!) They have fresh donuts, pastries, and other snacks for those that would like them. Cigarettes are available through this drive-up coffee window, if you were to need those. I've tried absolutely every coffee place in Kitsap County, and I always come back to this one. read more

Masi Shop has relitively great espresso, some store associates who work in the espresso shop are ok and others I'd rather go else were. The Business as a whole is quite successful and impressive. I moved from Canada to Suquamish last August. I've had Masi's Americano coffee 5-6 times, good stuff, but was driving. I was at an appointment in Poulsbo about 2 weeks ago when my brother texted me to pick up some beer on my way home. I stopped at Masi's. I have a noticeable limp. When I approached the cashier she immediately asked me if I needed help. I said I'm good, thanks. THEN, she called a co-worker to help me to my car. THEN, a couple that was on their way out said they would help me carry it to my car..WOW Made me feel right at home! Great place to get some stuff, friendly staff, and apparently helpful customers. Stopped here to fill up my car with gas and went inside to use the bathroom at 9pm because I am pregnant and the lady told me the Inside bathrooms are locked! Are you serious?! No restrooms for paying customer's? It's a nice gas station but the customer service sucks and the fact they have No bathrooms is not OK. read more

i have always gone to this place for any and everything but after today I will no longer go back. I got gas and it was put on the wrong pump and someone else got the money I paid for and got gas I went in, was told by one guy no worries I would get my gas then the other guy said nope, I would have to pay 10.00 for more gas...it was the last of my money and im a single mom. I don't even know how Im going to get home from work tonight because I have no gas in my car... I know there is a way to refund it and put it on my pump and now I have to suffer due to someone else pumping gas that I paid for....this is bs and I will never go back after this I was treated like complete shit.... read more
