At the other car lots I came across cheesy salesman that were super pushy. And that means alot coming from me, I'm in sales! So I was about to give up but decided to stop by Shannon's expecting more high pressure sales tactics. And my experience at Shannon's car lot was just the opposite of the other dealerships. I was greeted by Harvey. I told him I just wanted to look around. And he said OK. That doesn't happen in car sales! I walk the entire lot and noticed their prices are very reasonable. I purchased my car here. They were very non oressure, paperwork was a breeze, and overall a great buying experience. Harvey is a great salesman. Very laid back, knowledgeable about the vehicles their stock, he knew all about the car I bought inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon's for your next vehicle purchase.

Because the day after my engine blew following the oil change, one of the employees told me they're not trained on it and had no idea what they were doing. Even worse is that jiffy lube is not going to cover the cost to replace my engine. Not only that but another person randomly came to me while I was there and told me they had caused damage to his engine as well. Jiffy Lube are know for messing up your vehicle. Do not go here, they have employees who are not fully trained and will ruin your car and blame you for it.

Mark Ayers has been our mechanic for some time. The past two oil changes have been improperly done…read more Both times we had to add oil ourselves because the proper amount was not added. The first time after bringing it to Mr Ayers attention he quipped "ah old cars burn oil " we have an 07 Mazda that has been taken care of with low mileage for that year...not even 100k. That my friends is not an engine that burns oil. Mr Ayers thinks everyone else is stupid. We were merely trusting..never stupid. The second time it happened just recently, we even had dash warning lights come on. Mark got the first check engine light to go out ..said if it happened again call..that most likely had to do with thermostat something like that. Then the engine started making a ticking noise and oil and engine warning lights on. Thank goodness we were at Walmart...we even called Mark from the car enroute...he poo pooed it....checked oil when we got there and guess what....wasn't even registering!!! Mark had done an oil change the week before.! We again added...we took the car to a different mechanic...there isn't a leak. It had been oil issues the entire time due to him .He reused the oil plug gasket which can be done but ours wasn't one of them, it should have been changed. There is a piece missing that covers the oil cartridge...don't know how long that's been gone..that engine doesn't have the traditional screw on oil filter situation. Mark never ever mentioned it. Dye was placed in the oil by the new mechanic with nothing epic found. So draw your own conclusions...those errors could have caused major engine damage to our main car. As retired folks it could have been devastating. So always check your oil after changes don't be trusting like us. I was happy spending the several hundred dollars at the new very professional auto shop for piece of mind to go over the car. We will never use Ayers Automotive again.

Costco is Costco. It's everything you'd expect. Full parking lots, great deals and long lines…read more Fortunately I live very close so I typically go within an hour of closing and it's less busy. But on a recent visit as we were leaving, my husband asked a question about the store to the lady checking our receipt. She was a sweet Filipino lady. She did not know the answer but convincingly told us she would have the answer next time we came. She had no idea when that would be. About 5 days later we stopped in for a couple of things and there she was again at the door. My husband smiled and said, hey! And asked the question again. She got really excited she saw him and said she'd been waiting for us. She pulled a sticky note out of her pocket and had the answer for him. She didn't have to do that. She had no idea when we'd be back. She put that note in her pocket every day hoping she would see us. I just wanted to hug her. Her name is Amy and she definitely went above and beyond what she needed too. I now have a favorite employee!!

They tend to avoid eye contact, quickly confirm medications, and rarely offer guidance unless asked directly. As a nurse, I completely understand that healthcare workers experience fatigue and burnout, and I certainly don't expect perfection. However, when approaching the counter or calling on the phone, customers just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect--not rushed or made to feel like a burden. I appreciate the vital role the pharmacy team plays, but I hope the Silverdale Costco pharmacy techs can find ways to serve customers with a bit more warmth and compassion moving forward. A little kindness goes a long way.
