Kitsap is still rapidly expanding with people moving here therefore; any expectation of 'having everything in stock' FOR YOU should be out the window as they are managing for the variation in customers who walk out with a cart full or a handful. Love shopping here and hope oneday they will relocate to a spot with better parking as it's a pain on the south side of the building not being able to have a sloped curb to get to the front of the store. Okay, I get it you're a small business and every penny counts, and I average over $100 of my grocery budget there every month. But from a customer service standpoint to make me pay for accidentally knocking a bottle to the floor? Sure you saved $2.69. But once again from a customer service pov, did you save $2.69 OR did you LOSE over $1200 a year in patronage, because I'm never coming back.
