He has called multiple times since then & regiven his info to them in person at least 3 times. He even wrote a bad review like this one & the only response from the company that he got was "hopefully we can get a 5 star review from you next time". Let me be crystal clear - there will be no next time. Corporate needs to contact us immediately to address this issue & we know they know about the issue bc they refunded his membership fee last month They know it's messed up. We just want the money or the solution for getting the car mirror fixed so we can move on. STOP making us wait. We will not be returning to your services either way. I recently renewed my membership on the 26th, but when I went through the member lane the other day, the screen said my form of payment had declined. I assumed the renewal hadn't gone through, so I signed up again. I later realized I was charged twice and am now paying for two memberships. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly.
