Went Sunday to get the car washed. Not a huge line., only at the Finish Line. As I was waiting to have my car wiped down I noticed all the cars in line after being washed were not fully washed on the rear end with caked on mud still present . I chose the Better Wash so the undercarriage would be washed. I doubt it was. Even the windshield was not spot clean. read more

This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming here for years and the last couple of times I've come, I've had to go home and clean my car myself. From a $300 detail to the $50 interior exterior, they just don't care. I have expressed that I was not happy with the detail while I was there, and have not gotten a pleasant response, or for them to fix what they did. Door jams, doors, seats, steering wheel, dash not even wiped down, crumbs in seats and carpet they supposedly vacuumed. And this is on a clean vehicle. Ask them to do it again, they say they will and do not. My favorite is this giant spot of mud right next to where they put tire shine on but didn't even car to wipe this off. I paid extra for mats to be washed, and this is what they look like. My second favorite was when I came to pick up a $300 detail only to find they never did the head liners so I had to drive 30 mins back home and come later. Came later and there is still crust all over the interior door and steering wheel. Asked them to clean it, they said they tried and couldn't get it off. Asked the guy for his rag and cleaner and got it off right there myself. This is not a one, or even two time thing. Do better. I see your reviews are terrible now, and now I can see why. I called when I got home today to let them know I was unhappy. They said they'd pass it along, not that they'd fix it. That's some service. read more

I paid for the Ultimate car wash for $40 with the $12 upgrade to include ArmorAll for the interior. When it was "ready" I was told they only go over it lightly with the vacuum and only do the dash and doors. When I got home I saw that they did not even lift the tailgate or vacuum the back. They didn't dress the tires or make sure the windows were clean. I have been going to Mike's Spa for years. This was BY FAR the worst service I've ever received. I won't use them again and would NEVER recommend them! read more

Super bummed to leave this review because I've been coming here for a while but I feel like their standard of clean has definitely gone down. I think the only reason I would return is to do the automatic wash the paying $30 for people to half ass wipe down my inside of my car and miss things that I pay extra for it just isn't worth it anymore. I called to get a quote for a full detail. I was told $325 is the starting point with a 25% or 30% discount for being a member. I took my truck in and was charged $495 that included an $18 off discount for an outside clean only. The inside was wiped down but dust everywhere. I mention to the tech and he showed me the ticket that Eddie wrote down to not do the inside. I'm not sure even why. I left my truck there for 4 days to get the full detail I called initially. I called to talk to owner and he was never there. I finally left my number a week or so ago and never got a call back. I cancelled my membership today. I have been a member here since 2016. Since a new owner has taken over, this place has been going downhill since. Prices are going up and the service is going down. For the last several months it has taken longer to complete the service. I have read other reviews of lately and they all hav the same issues. You would think that the owner would care enough about this place and his customers to be here and help. If the owner doesn't care, why should his customers. Mikes Auto Spa has many services you can choose from. A simple wash for around 8 bucks to a complete had wax around 100 and most everything in between. If I dont have much time I just do the quick wash and rinse which is handled mechanically but they still have a person that had dries your vehicle which is nice and makes it look much better than driving off without the hand dry. The service has always been nice and it is easy enough to stay away from people if you are cautious about COVID. A great place to get a wash done! read more

Today is 12/11/23. I don't even know where to begin. Took my car for a wash and detail around 3:30 p.m. The detailers started wiping down, vacuuming etc. at 3:41. In about 7 mins the kid motioned my car was done. NO IT WASN'T - I watched like a hawk because the last few times I went there, they did an awful job. They half way wiped down my car, the back end was left filthy. They wipe your windows on the outside with a wet, dirty rag. The kid on the left did wipe down the left inside of my car and vacuum. The man on the right side, didn't vacuum the right side of my car. Neither cleaned the inside front window and the outside was streaked because of the dirty rags. They never even opened the back end of my car to vacuum it. I walked over, opened my trunk, Hyundai Santa Fe, and pointed and said I wanted them to do my car over. They looked at me like I was an idiot. I said you didn't even vacuum the back, the back end of my car was filthy, I opened the passenger side doors and said you didn't even bother to vacuum the right side. They gave me dirty looks and started talking trash in Spanish. I went over and got the manager and showed him the crap job they did and he said, we'll take care of you. Then, the little punk with the glasses started talking crap to me in English. I said I paid $35 to have my car cleaned and he said, oh is $35 dollars a lot of money to you? I was furious! He kept mouthing off so when they got done, I went inside to tell the manager I didn't appreciate their employee talking to me like an a hole. The assistant manager said oh, I'll talk to him. I will NEVER give them another dime to clean my car. It used to be a good place to go, but now it is absolutely the WORST place you can take your vehicle. read more

Very disorganized when busy. Some workers meandered about while one poor man was wiping down cars. Needs more quality hires and more workers in general for how busy they are. Just moved into town from a different state and drove by this place with one of my vehicles for a quick outside wash. I was surprised with the $20 price for the best outside package the included shinning the tires. Compared to the prices in other states I've lived in, it's a very great deal a quality result. So I decided to go back with my other vehicle for a full inside and outside package deal for only $35. I would just like to finish this review by saying I am very happy with this place for the quality, price and service they offer. I will definitely keep coming back. read more

Horrible customer service! Never had an issue with this place until today. Wouldn't clean out my car because of the amount of trash. Told me they would charge me $250, and it would take an hour to clean out the trash. They are such big lairs and extremely lazy people. Would have taken 10 minutes at most to clean it out with 1-2 people. Waited in line for over 30 minutes and wouldn't touch my car. No working together with me. I offered to clean out the trash nope, they wouldn't allow me to. Wanted to make things so much more difficult then it needed, didn't care about me or my time wasted. Never had issues with them in the past with trash until now. Manager didn't want to work with me when I kept trying and trying to work together. Everything I offered them was nope nope. They don't care about the customer, care about is being greedy and taking advantage of people! read more

Worst car detailing I have ever had. And I have had some bad ones. I made the mistake of coming back. First time I paid for the lower package and it came out pretty bad. Decided I'd give it one more shot and pay for the more expensive package for a better outcome. You would think for 80$ I would at least have my floors vacuumed and all my plastic and dash wiped down... nope. Still had dirt on my dash and crumbs in my cup holders and gravel and dirt on my floors. Tried to hand it off to me like it was done. 10/10 do not recommend this place. read more

Brought in a small car to get detailed today and was quoted 200.00 for deep clean, carpet and seat shampoo. They called me back in about 1 hour and said it was ready, I commented that was really fast. The guy told me he had only deep cleaned it for 129.00 and if I wanted the carpet and seats done it would be another 129.00. I went to pick up the car and it was pretty clean for an older car except for the trunk which I didn't look at while I was there. I left there and went to auto zone to pick up car mats and noticed the $42.00 I put in the ashtray for the mats was gone. I had tipped them 22.00 . Cost went up from 200 quoted to 258.00 stolen cash 42.00 2.00 to go get trunk vacuumed out 22.00 tip Total 191.00 Lesson learned, 20.00 at any drive through car wash for the same job and save 171.00. Total of 324.00 I could have saved 309.00 and taken it to a drive through car wash and git the same quality of work. read more

I've gone three times. First time I just got the car wash and not the interior detail.. I should have never even started. Waste of money for a half ass job. Second time I went I decided to get the inside done and they did such a crap job but I let it go and chalked it up to a people aren't perfect type thing cause I'm a pretty understanding and lenient person. Third time was today and I'm just angry now. I paid for a car wash, extra $4 for pet hair removal and an extra $5 for them to scrub my wheels. I went to put my sons car seat back in the car and there were dirt marks STILL from my camping trip!!!! This time I asked a guy to re-wipe some spots. Like come on!!! My car is small! A Kia Sportage. Plus they over do it on the spray they clean the windows with.. left splatter marks all over my stuff I left in my car(neatly to the side and out of their way) and all over everything else! They have about 3 people working on a vehicle at once so I don't get how crappy a vehicle can come out of there. They're too busy rushing and trying to get a perfect turn over rate that they don't focus at all on the quality of their VERY SIMPLE services. Not to mention, I pulled outta the car wash and towards the detail area where I parked to get my things out for them to clean and I was flagged down to pull forward and then they just sent a guy to me who started yanking open my doors to obnoxiously spray and wipe my windows.. just rude to make people feel so damn rushed like I'm not the one paying you for this..crazy though, the countless gentlemen I've seen go through there with nice trucks & such get the royal treatment and the workers are sure to make their experience fabulous. I work near Cherry Creek and have always had my vehicle cleaned down there. I live in Thornton, have been working from home and still drove to Cherry Creek to get my Tahoe cleaned. I recently found Mike's and I love these guys. They don't cut corners and make sure you get what you order. I have a Tahoe and they even clean the wheel wells. It costs a little extra but worth it to me. The other car wash would not clean them. Please keep up the great work! read more
