They installed them the best day! Two months later, the washer had stopped working. Called then Monday morning and they came first thing Tuesday. Seems the girls may have overfilled the tub and the belt came off. 15 min later it was working. No charge for the call because we only bought them two months ago. This isn't the point it wasn't what I requested, so I called the store and he said he'd have them stop back.. a month later no show. I also called them on the following day to inquire about a dryer gave him the depth said he check and call me back.. this still hasn't happened. Now I will get the dryer elsewhere, most likely Costco since the Mfg. provides a 2 yr warranty and price includes delivery and set up. It makes me sad I wanted to support the local business.

When I called Hagerman they said to leave a message and they would get back to me. None of that press this number,press this number. they were very prompt getting back and I was able to talk to a very pleasent and knowledgeable woman. One that actually spoke English. In a very short time my problem was taken care of. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when I need a repair.

This happened about 4 or 5 times with them coming to "fix" it after every time. It flooded about a third of my apartment everytime and took hours to clean. The water also leaked into the apartment next to me. It always took them about a week to come out every time. After about a month of having this problem I asked for a refund or for a new set and they refused. Finally they fixed it and everything was fine for a few months until the dyer took a dump on me and stopped drying. Will not buy from Hagermans again.

I scheduled a repair appointment with Sears Home Services for my washer and was given an 8:00…read moreAM-5:00 PM service window. Because apparently nine hours is considered an "appointment." I took the entire day off work and stayed home waiting. Five o'clock came and went. No technician. No phone call. No text. No update. By 7:45 PM, I was still waiting to hear something. Sears finally contacted me at approximately 8:45 PM to let me know my appointment had been canceled due to a "change in staffing." So after requiring me to give up an entire workday to accommodate their nine-hour window, they couldn't manage to notify me during that window that no one was coming. Then, around 7:00 AM the very next morning, I received a text asking me to reschedule. In other words, Sears expected me to simply pick another day, take another day off work, and sit around for another 8-9 hours hoping someone might actually show up this time. I understand that staffing issues happen. What I don't understand is a company believing a customer's time has so little value that they can hold an entire day hostage, fail to show up, wait until hours after the appointment window has ended to cancel, and then casually ask the customer to do it all over again. I can't review the quality of their repair service because they never actually provided any. But I can absolutely review their communication, scheduling, and respect for a customer's time. Based on that experience, I would not recommend Sears Home Services.
