It took not quite two weeks to get the part but the wait was worth it. The owner, Jason, was great. There was no mess and he made sure that he protected my new kitchen cabinets when doing the repair. He worked efficiently but was so very cordial the entire time he was at my house. His wife answers the phone for the business and does the scheduling and she was a true delight to talk to. Came back on Christmas Eve to install the part and the washer stopped working 4 days later. They came back and said it was irrepairable. Looked at my dryer and charged me $86 for a nine day fix. But still, that meant buying carryout for 5 days and didn't really make up the difference. When the front of the "scratch & dent" range exploded in mid-March, they promised warranty service. They picked up the door of the range that I had to leave outside because they couldn't be available when they originally said they could. They brought back a different door with rust all over the top. I call BS. They're just the middle school bullies trying to take your lunch money. Never shopping there again. Never giving them my money.
