I'm talking about moving everything out, wiping down ceilings/walls/fans, cleaning windows, oiling wood doors, wiping down/oiling other furniture, vaccuming/shampooing carpets, etc. The work is exceptional and the cost extrememly reasonable. I'll be hiring them again to detail the other rooms of my house, as soon as all the other work in the house is finished (and the wind stops blowing).

After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.

When he got to my door (7-29-2025) he said to me I've talked to a lot of people, "what is the reason for this call??? 1st red flag! The equipment he said he had was not with him!! His partner that was with had to return alone with 2 different moisture meters 0ne for walls and one for carpet. Marcus did not write anything down, took one picture on my phone showing the meter reading against the wall had moisture. He also said they have nothing to detect anything but moisture, not what Chris bragged about over the phone! When I called back today (7-31-2025) Chris became rude didn't want to do invoice, quoted $350, originally quoted $225 ! He said they were too busy for that!
