They take their time and really care about their work and making sure ur eyebrows are even, clean ,and looking amazing and making sure u walk out happy and feeling amazing. I have gotten my eyebrows done by different workers and I feel that every person who did my eyebrows do a really good job at it. They all ask you if you want it to just be cleaned or you can also tell them you want it reshaped in the kind you want. My sister showed them a picture of the eyebrows she had before and they did it the way she liked. She's really really picky about her eyebrows, so by her saying she liked it, it says a lot. The place is clean and neat. There are 3 stations. You sign in on the counter with your name and wait to be called. If you like a specific person to do your eyebrows, you can tell the person at the counter and wait. They are pretty fast at doing their job. I really like their head and eyebrow massages. Definitely go in the morning when it opens as we get less people during lunchtime or a little bit after lunchtime is packed because she's very good at what she does. I love Mili's! And Mili always does the best when cleaning my brows. It's been four months since my last thread in March; I just went today and felt totally safe with the pandemic around. I went early in the morning when she first opened so I was her first customer. The seats have been rearranged so everything is six feet apart. Masks are required! Also, Mili takes your temperature when you enter and sign in, and hand sanitizer is available at the front desk. She wears gloves throughout the whole service and the price for threading is now $8. There is no more massage at the end but I totally understand! Not sure if she's threading lips because you have to wear a mask and also not sure if she's taking stamp cards since I forgot to show mine. I used to love this place but I last time I came here, the lady who did my eyebrows burped in my face while she was doing my eyebrows. She didn't realize it and if she did she did not apologize. What the fuck is this? I also told her initially I did not want the lower section of my eyebrows near the nose to be touched. While she was doing my eyebrows she told me it would look better and if I would want it, I told her "no I think I'm okay." And she went ahead and did them anyway! She obviously did not pay attention to my response and assumed I said yes. I don't know where her head is. She does not pay attention to her burping and she doesn't know how to listen. Close your mouth or turn around when you burp. It's very unprofessional and very disgusting to burp in a customer's face. That's the last time I come here. read more

I finally found the right place to get my eyebrows done. Lata is soo nice and really gentle compared to many other places. I called before I came here to just ask about the prices and everything. When I got to the store Lata recognized my voice on the phone and asked if I was the one that just called. She took her time and even though I came on a Sunday it was also pretty busy. They have a special on Monday and Tuesdays but I just really couldn't wait any longer. I can't stand having hair in places that it really shouldn't be in. It's so not cute at all!! This location is in La Habra in a small little area. It is literally right across from Costco and close to 7-11. Mondays & Tuesdays are $5 for eyebrows and $7 on other days. I got my eyebrows, forehead, and sides threaded for $20 today (Saturday). My favorite is Lata. She understands my natural brow shape and always takes of less instead of more, allowing me to direct her if I do want more hair taken off. I have had my brows done by the other women and they've all done well and are very nice. There's a complimentary face massage they give at the end and it's fantastic.
