First, I noticed that they carry several additive free tequila choices! I was excited to enjoy a couple of pours and possibly some food. It took several minutes to get an order....after the bartender acknowledged my arrival. Once he asked for my order and I immediately asked for a pour over ice (simple)....it took several more minutes to actually get my drink. The common theme was that he was acknowledging all the regular customers (by name) and catering to their orders and conversations. Once I caught on, I paid attention more....regulars got immediate attention and anyone new had to wait....one person sat for 20-minutes at the bar before his presence was acknowledged. I asked for another pour and included that I wanted my tab with the point. 10- minutes for the pour and another 15-minutes for the tab..... I wanted to make this a regular spot.....nope minimum tip and never coming back. Long term success is treating everyone with the same service. Best of luck. More time working the orders in front of you instead of yacking your jaws and "look at me" mixology drink actions to look cool. The only reason I gave 2-stars was for the tequila options. Do Better with service.
