We felt bad though. He was busting his bottom to serve everyone in the bar area. Besides that young lady in the floor who occasionally came and went there was nobody else. Not sure if they were simply short staffed or they are always that way where they need to hire more staff, I hope the issue gets resolved soon. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass.
