Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit. Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." The first item I look for is flavor. The Daily Shave Ice has a variety of flavors, including sugar free. They have the classic flavors (tigers blood) to the tropical flavors (mango) that I always order on my shave ice. Bonus points if they offer additional items to add to it, like ice cream on the bottom and condensed milk on top. The Daily Shave offers both and I absolutely recommend it. Together, it totally elevates the shave ice. The second item is the quality of ice. This ice was very smooth and snow like. The softer the ice, the better it is. What I wasn't expecting was the size. They really pack on the ice! I ordered a small and it was massive. It was a fun surprise when I picked it up at the window. Overall, this place knows how to make a shave ice. The ice is soft, the flavors are awesome and the size is huge. A great treat on a summer day.

The inside looks very inviting; the place has been around for years.
