I was disappointed when they were out of blonde brownies. What shocked me was they were also out of vanilla ice cream AND whipped cream! I couldn't believe it. An ice cream shop being out of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream is like a burger shop being out of burgers. It's outrageous! The situation sounds like a bit from a comedy. Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit. Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." They will not get a chance to fool me thrice, not even for *thrice* cream ;)
