After I called my credit card company to dispute (as i paid for something I did not receive), someone finally emailed me back (how cunning). And the funny thing is that they don't like my honest review so they asked me to remove my post because it is the truth & that they will no longer ship fruits to New Yorkers because of my review (LOL). I think you should have done that in the first place and not ship to New Yorkers - then I wouldn't have been scammed. Their last email to me was informing me that they spoke with USPS and that today (5/22) the package would arrive. It is almost 7pm and nothing came. Again with the lies! And they had the nerve to email me stating that once I receive the rotten fruits to take a photo of it and file a complaint. I paid for something and have not received it, therefore as a good business approach they should refund me. If there is a delay, they should be filing the complaint not the customer. I did not get my fruit box that I paid for and they lied stating that it would come today and it did not. I still haven't received my fruit or refund & I request for a refund! P.S - all this chaos for a $65 fruit box..is it even worth it?? Please think otherwise if you want to encounter this unnecessary stress.. steer away!

The small size of the market makes it easier to manage with two staff members ready to assist. The veggies are displayed with that water spray atop that keeps them from early wilting. The dark red beets were enticing but it was a close second choice to the big fresh corn in tusks priced perfectly at $.99 each, so I had to purchase a few of them as a side for tonight's steak dinner. The aisles were super wide and a lot bigger than my regular spot. This store was very welcoming. As per their policy, you have to put a quarter in to retrieve your shopping cart but you get it back when you return the cart. This location had way more stock than my usual location. I found many more products than in my location that are always out of stock. The store was very well kept and everything was in the proper place. The shelves, refrigerators, and freezers were organized. That also made my experience enjoyable to shop. I made my way to checkout and they had all the cashiers taking care of customers and 4 self-checkouts that were with no clients and all were working That was where I went due to the lines being too long it was a very busy day for them. FYI: Aldi charges 10 cents per shopping bag. They tell you about their effort to protect the environment. They also have a long area stretched in the front of the stores, where you can utilize the space to pack your groceries in your bags. I purchased what I needed, many of their products are not filled with preservatives and are very reasonable in price. They also offer an abundance of vegan, gluten-free, keto, and vegetarian products. This was my third location I have visited and I will definitely be back to Aldi!
