Stopped in for some bubble tea on a rainy Thursday night and this place was bright and cheerful inside! The decor is really cute and welcoming and the service was amazing. They have a pretty wide variety of offerings so I took my time deciding and finally landed on dragonfruit tea (no milk) with added crystal boba. I asked if I could adjust the sweetness to half sweet and the girl behind the counter was super friendly...she even let me taste it before finishing the drink to make sure it was a good sweetness level for me! The tea itself was pretty tasty but I didn't care for the boba...it had kind of a weird flavor that didn't seem quite normal to me. That said, with the great service and atmosphere I would go back and try something else without that. Thank you, Milk N' Tea!

So disappointing. I love bubble tea. This was the worst in 4 states that I've had bubble tea in. The bubbles were bland and gummy. I actually through them out they were so bad and I never waste food. The drink itself was bland too. All it tasted was like warm milk. The waffle was okay. The caramel for that I ended up dumping into my tea for some flavor. My mom got the dragon fruit tea. It was ok, we've gotten canned stuff that's much better.

A bubble tea place in Parma? One where you can adjust the sweetness level? Bring it on!! They have your usual flavors (taro ftw) as well as several others. You can adjust the sweetness level which is something I really really appreciate. The only thing that throws me off is that the tapioca is brown sugar flavored and not your typical tapioca but that's minor. Overall, great place so stop by!

I don't often give bad reviews, but I have to preface this that I'm a boba snob/beat. I've been to countless boba shops all around the US and Asia over 20 years. I always order a standard plain milk tea with boba at 25-30% sugar so that I have a good basis to compare to other shops. Even for the Midwest, the quality of this bubble tea was subpar. They made the tea to my order. The service was nice. But the taste was not there or even close. The tea tasted like it was watered down bagged Lipton black tea. The boba was good at the beginning because it was still a little warm. But after sitting in the cold milk tea for 10 minutes, the boba was hard and no longer chewy. I went on a Friday night around 6:30pm. Staying this because I know sometimes the tapioca quality isn't the best when it's near closing time, but they close at 8...

    To go :)

I love this place! The drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is such a relaxed vibe. They don't rush your order and help you if it's your first time or want to try something new I'm hooked on their season flavor The caramel chai milk boba tea They always ask for my sweetness and ice I get 75 percent sweetness And light ice I usually grab two when I'm there because it's so good! I've tried other places but I'm hooked on milk n tea Oooo and right now on Wednesday they offer bogo Perfect time to try it out

I'm from Cali's Bay Area and really missed having milk tea. This was the first boba shop in NE Ohio that Ive been to and actually like! I knew I would right when I walked through the door and smelled fresh boba The store is so cute and cozy with fall decor and they also have a variety of board games (unstable unicorns, code names, clue, etc) under their seats to play while enjoying your drink. They also have some specialty fall drinks right now! I kept it to the classics this time around but they've got a pumpkin pie milk tea and pumpkin chai milk tea I'm interested in trying in the future. My friends and I tried their original milk tea and thai milk tea, both with brown sugar boba at 75% sweetness and regular ice. Our drinks had nice soft tea flavor and weren't too sweet, though I'd personally still go down to 50 since I'm not a fan of really sweet drinks. The boba tasted fresh, were chewy, and had that warm brown sugar flavor. Overall love the place and would recommend it!

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

White walls, glass windows in front, a few things hung on the walls. Not fancy, but pleasant. Very clean. The food is phenomenal. I've been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy since my last visit. Still perfect. The home fry-style potatoes are what a lot of places try to serve but fail at miserably. They are crispy AND fluffy! Yum! My scrambled eggs were not at all greasy or oily. My iced tea was delicious and refreshing. My lovely wife had the chorizo hash, which I tried. Oh, my. So good. And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

While we were enjoying our coffee a gentleman came in and drew an amazing drawing on their chalkboard commemorating Women's History Month. I liked that there was a mix of tables and counter seating. We had an egg and bacon sandwich on a croissant. There were a few bread and meat options to pick from. Solid and reasonably priced. I'm snobby about coffee and tend to avoid my standard drip when the menu features flavored roasts so I went big and got a peanut butter mocha. It was dessert in the morning and it was delicious. There are lots of items for sale. I bought a possum and spaceship mounted to a small geode. I can almost certainly say it was one-of-a-kind. Anyway, loved the experience and will be back.
