My son was craving boba tea, so we decided to try Milk N Tea, a cute little shop in Parma that's actually been around since 2002 (how did we not know about it sooner?!). From the moment we walked in, we loved the cozy, welcoming vibe. There's plenty of seating, and they even have games you can play while you sit and enjoy your drinks and treats, which makes it such a fun, relaxed spot to hang out, especially with kids or friends. The service was friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. We ordered the Cookies & Cream Bubble Waffle with caramel dipping sauce. The Mulberry Fruit Tea with dragon fruit popping beads and Red Guava Fruit Tea with strawberry popping beads Everything was delicious! The bubble waffle was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet and the caramel sauce took it over the top. Both fruit teas were super refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The popping beads added such a fun burst of flavor with every sip. We'll definitely be back. We came here while visiting the city. We stopped in and I'm glad we stopped in. We got the Ube Dream, Red Guava, and Taro Vietnamese Coffee. I really enjoyed a couple of the drinks we got and thought they were made well! I really liked their tea based drinks, I would recommend their guava drink. Their Taro Vietnamese coffee was not super flavorful, it was slightly off. Overall, I thought it was all pretty good. Staff was so nice and so accommodating. They let us try a couple samples and those samples really helped us pick the flavors we wanted. I would recommend their boba! It wasn't too expensive and pretty affordable and made well. They have really cute merchandise available as well! I really like their sweatshirts and tshirts. read more

Stopped in for some bubble tea on a rainy Thursday night and this place was bright and cheerful inside! The decor is really cute and welcoming and the service was amazing. They have a pretty wide variety of offerings so I took my time deciding and finally landed on dragonfruit tea (no milk) with added crystal boba. I asked if I could adjust the sweetness to half sweet and the girl behind the counter was super friendly...she even let me taste it before finishing the drink to make sure it was a good sweetness level for me! The tea itself was pretty tasty but I didn't care for the boba...it had kind of a weird flavor that didn't seem quite normal to me. So disappointing. I love bubble tea. This was the worst in 4 states that I've had bubble tea in. The bubbles were bland and gummy. I actually through them out they were so bad and I never waste food. The drink itself was bland too. All it tasted was like warm milk. The waffle was okay. The caramel for that I ended up dumping into my tea for some flavor. My mom got the dragon fruit tea. A bubble tea place in Parma? One where you can adjust the sweetness level? Bring it on!! They have your usual flavors (taro ftw) as well as several others. You can adjust the sweetness level which is something I really really appreciate. The only thing that throws me off is that the tapioca is brown sugar flavored and not your typical tapioca but that's minor. Overall, great place so stop by! read more

My son and I have been on the hunt to find him some good boba in the Parma/Cleveland area. This place was very clean and the staff was pretty friendly. Our group got three different drinks and each one wasn't too bad but it didn't beat out our old favorite in Kent. Definitely check it out if in the area though! read more

Usually a four or five star experience, today was a 2 star. They usually only have 1 person working which not great and I generally feel bad for them when busy. Today there was only 1 person in front of me and I waited to order while she made him his drink. Then I place my order and I can't have extra boba becuz "there's only 1 scoop left", it my cheat day so I'm disappointed but what are you going to do right? Then a few more people come in and I have to wait for 6 more people to order before she makes my drinks AND guess what! She had boba for them. I love this place! Plenty of parking, easy to find, cute decor, plenty of seating, nice staff. I got the strawberry cheesecake latte and it wasn't as thick as I was expecting but still pretty good. I also got their bubble waffle crisp with condensed milk and it was mmmm... Pretty pricey but with their vast yummy options, that was to be expected. My only gripe with them is that the person taking my order never asked me my ice and sweetness level. For a medium drink, I opt for no ice to maximize drink but my drink was filled with ice. I don't often give bad reviews, but I have to preface this that I'm a boba snob/beat. I've been to countless boba shops all around the US and Asia over 20 years. I always order a standard plain milk tea with boba at 25-30% sugar so that I have a good basis to compare to other shops. Even for the Midwest, the quality of this bubble tea was subpar. They made the tea to my order. The service was nice. But the taste was not there or even close. The tea tasted like it was watered down bagged Lipton black tea. The boba was good at the beginning because it was still a little warm. But after sitting in the cold milk tea for 10 minutes, the boba was hard and no longer chewy. I'm from Cali's Bay Area and really missed having milk tea. This was the first boba shop in NE Ohio that Ive been to and actually like! I knew I would right when I walked through the door and smelled fresh boba The store is so cute and cozy with fall decor and they also have a variety of board games (unstable unicorns, code names, clue, etc) under their seats to play while enjoying your drink. They also have some specialty fall drinks right now! I kept it to the classics this time around but they've got a pumpkin pie milk tea and pumpkin chai milk tea I'm interested in trying in the future. My friends and I tried their original milk tea and thai milk tea, both with brown sugar boba at 75% sweetness and regular ice. Our drinks had nice soft tea flavor and weren't too sweet, though I'd personally still go down to 50 since I'm not a fan of really sweet drinks. This is a super cute boba shop. I came on a Monday afternoon and it was empty inside. There was a nice backdrop to take pictures in front of. The menu had a decent selection of milk teas. I like floral flavors so I ordered the lavender milk tea with lychee jelly and enjoyed it. My boyfriend ordered a black tea with sweet cream mousse, and was satisfied with his drink as well.
