The milks come in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic ($17.00) versions. The alcoholic Blue Milk is mixed with Bacardi Rum, while the Green Milk version uses tequila. Service has always been fast and friendly; with cast members engaging with us, staying in character, and offering a pleasant conversation while serving us. We have personally never experienced a long line for the Milk Stand and with the speed and ease we've had in ordering and getting our order I feel the cast members are the reason why. Overall there's not TONS to say about the Milk Stand-a limited menu and it being a quick service kiosk don't lend itself to being something to write a novel-sized review of, but it serves its purpose. Boo, what's with all the bad reviews? This was probably one of my families most enjoyed beverages while staying at the Disney World resort. First off, there isn't a lot from Star Wars that imagineers could pull from the Star Wars movies or lore to put on their menus (albeit the toasted critters that Jar Jar Binks loves to slurp on). The one food item thing that could be drawn from though was the iconic Blue (great movie) and Green (terrible movie) milks from various critters that Luke Skywalker loves to indulge in. Now, these are not quite milks but more like smoothies, slightly thick and with just a touch of silkiness. Both drinks are dairy free and so can be enjoyed by anyone who is averse to Earth milk. We tried both the Blue and Green and quite honestly, I liked both. Blue was fruitier with hints of coconut while the Green one was almost floral. Honestly, since you don't know what is in them, people probably would say they taste different notes entirely. I didn't try the alcoholic offerings since I couldn't quite get past paring "milk" with hard liquor. Eh, there are other alcoholic drinks to score here instead.
