First cabinet was fine but the second cabinet was damaged and couldn't be put together. I called and reported this and said I would like a third cabinet if I did not have to pay the delivery charge and it can arrive with the one they were replacing. The cabinets arrived and I put them together only to find one shelf was missing, I called and reported the problem and Menards said they would loo into it. His answer of " it wasn't being done " was because of adding more space for products. I know we are all trying to budget for the high price of things.............but I think for what we pay when we shop there it is certainly worthy of paving the parking lot . Even our Marc's parking lot in North Ridgeville is better. I spend about 800$ every year in Gayle's and I will continue to buy things there ..........but come on!
