I was a little concerned when they were purchased, then moved but their level of service and knowledge of their products has been maintained - if not improved. I had to purchase a new lawnmower last year after my 15 year old Toro finally died. The one I purchased is just different enough that I've had some questions. I've been able to call them every time and they have patiently provided me with the information I needed to solve my issues. Once, Alex, the service manager, even sent a video of how to reinstall something. A stick got lodged in the mower last year causing the self-propel to not work and they helped fix it on the spot with no charge. They insisted on starting it at the store to prove that all problems were fixed. Excellent, excellent service.
