Between the price, and the friendly service Vins is perfect. They took care of your clothes and pay attention to what they're washing. Which was made clear to me when a cashmere sweater somehow made it into everyday washing and they took the time and care to wash it delicate and hang it for me instead of just throwing in the regular wash and then drying it. What makes this place stand out is that on one occasion we brought in our duvet cover to be cleaned and they told us it doesn't have to be dry cleaned, and even said the cost wasn't necessarily worth it unless you like how the duvet feels after dry cleaning (it feels a little different if it's machine-washed). My wife and I were so impressed by their honesty. They could easily pocketed the money to have our cover cleaned, but instead offered an alternative that was of no immediate benefit to them. It was in perfect condition, except for the tiny ink spots near the front waist. I assumed that would be an easy stain removal, but the experience turned into a complete disaster. When I returned to pick up my jacket, I was shocked to find it completely ruined (please see attached photos for before-and-after comparisons, taken just 18 days apart). The damage was so severe that I had no choice but to refuse pickup and request that your store attempt to restore it to a wearable condition. Unfortunately, multiple trips back to your store only resulted in more frustration and disappointment. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the owner falsely accused me of bringing in an already damaged jacket, as stated in a one-sided note left at the counter and a single text message sent to my phone--without even having the courtesy to discuss the matter over the phone personally. This is both dishonest and unacceptable. I attempted to call the store phone listed on Yelp --no one answered. I tried reaching the owner through the listed service phone, but there was no response. I even asked store employees to relay my message, yet the owner continues to ignore the facts and refuses to communicate. This level of negligence, dishonesty, and avoidance is unacceptable in any business, especially in today's world where reputation matters. If this is how customer concerns are handled, then this store is in dire need of retraining in ethical business practices. I expect a fair resolution, which includes full compensation for the damage caused. They told me it would not be ready until tomorrow and it was ready today. I had several rugs and caps washed they all came out spotless. They give you a card that stays attached to your bag so they can easily identify your laundry. Whenever I go in to pick-up my laundry the staff person knows right where it is without asking. All the staff is great but the only one whose name I know is Rebecca and she is a gem. It is nice to support local businesses especially when the business does such an outstanding job.

The woman then proceeds to tell me, "maybe that's just your smell because the clothes have been cleaned" she then tried to charge me again for the jumpsuit saying "you wore it already". Yes I had worn it because I had no other choice but to wear a dirty one. After she re-did the cleaning I simply picked them up, still not fresh, found another dry cleaner who actually knows how to do a good job and never came back.

Once you go in there a few times you do not even need your ticket for pickup. He sees you walk in and he remembers your names and grabs your stuff. Thoroughly impressed with all of my alterations. Every suit that I get off the rack goes there to get worked on. Much better than any other place on the island that I have used. They understand the versions styles of men's suits and the way things are supposed to fit. Most other places act like men's suit styles stopped in a 1940s mob movie. This guy can make an off-the-rack suit look bespoke. Highly recommend this place.
