Buy was I wrong, he did not do a good job of cleaning up after he was done or take any precautions to keep his dust from getting all over in my house. Drywall is inherently dusty when sanded and he made sure to ask that we turn off our HVAC system and any other fans when he was sanding. This helped to prevent getting dust all over our house.
