Sure the senior citizens that are behInd the counter can't comprehend a word your saying but I was paitient. The one guy that works there has never cracked a smile in his life and is just miserable. Emily is the only one who would ever make sure everything was right for me. Calling in refills is dreadful because the aforementioned employees can not understand a thing over the phone. Recently I had my scripts sent to a different pharmacy because this place is so slow. Unfortunately they didn't take my insurance. I called and spoke directly to Jim. He assured me he would get the scripts transferred back. Eight days later and still no scripts. I actually stopped in Tuesday to see why and they do didn't have them. They didn't have a reason. Yesterday I called again and the man said they couldn't be transferred...but the controlled substance was...?!?! Finally I got in contact with my Nunda pharmacy and they are greatful for my business. Never again will I go into this God forsaken pLace.

My company has ordered from Barkertown a number of times. With the exception of Missy (the…read moreproprietor) totally forgetting about one of our orders, everything has been really great. Her clothes are often really great off the rack, and she does custom stuff as well. Custom takes a while, but her clothes are arguably of the best quality available in the colonial/revolutionary market. I have also worn a suit of hers as a tour guide for years, and it has held up better than any other 18th century clothing I've used. Missy can be a bit difficult at times, and is kind of eccentric, but her product pretty much justifies any difficulties.
