I've needed physical therapy for a number of sports and home improvement related injuries over the years. In that time I've tried a number of PT offices between Redmond and Bothell. Therapeutic Associates North Creek is by far the stand out facility. The thing that sets it apart is the specific expertise and the investment in people (their staff) that becomes evident on your first visit. Dr. Amber Dodd is simply the best at what she does. She is the PT that our entire family requests when we need post-op care, treatment for sprains, herniated disc, sciatica, frozen shoulder, whatever we need she helps us. She's not the only super-star in this office, but if you need the best, she's the schedule you want to reserve. read more

I had 5 visits. 2 out of 5 visits, I was hurt doing the exercises I was given to do. I now have daily pain in a part of my body that I never had pain in before going here. And yes, I told them about it both times. The first time, concern was shown and efforts were made to modify things. The second time I was hurt by the different exercises, I decided never to return because I no longer trusted them and felt like I was being funneled into a "one size fits all" exercise program that was clearly troublesome for me. When the business called me because I didn't make any more appointments, I explained I wasn't coming back because I had been hurt a second time. Then the business seemed to take this information from me lightly and said if I ever wanted to come back, give them a call. That will never happen as I don't trust them to help me. I greatly regret ever going here. Who wants to pay to be injured? I don't recommend this place. This is also the first physical therapy place I've gone to where sometimes your appointment is with an assistant and not the physical therapist, which is a practice I don't like. read more

First off, Kevin congratulations on building a fantastic team at this facility. I work with Amber who is amazing at what she does, been going for past month and a half and i wanted to get a true feeling on how they operate. Amber always greets me with a smile and asks how am i doing. In fact the minute you walk through the door, you get a smile and hello from Donny, Sophia, Natalie or whoever is at the desk, you get a welcome no matter what time of day it is. I have had 7am and 5 pm appointments and the welcome feeling is always there. While the work being performed is professional and detailed, this team still makes time for friendly banter and conversation. I love that Amber starts the work and works on your injury and gets an understanding of where your at and then passes the baton to Donny, Sophia or Natalie to get you through the exercises that she wants to be performed on you. I've been going to Therapeutic Associates North Creek for about a year for an ongoing hip injury. Clinic Director Kevin Norris and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient PT crew I've ever worked with. I left my previous clinic because I wasn't getting enough one-on-one time and felt like my voice wasn't being heard. Kevin and his team are the complete opposite! You always get 1:1 time with a licensed PT in addition to having someone there to help you work through all the exercises, which I really appreciate (I'd felt like I was on my own at the last place). Kevin and his team have provided excellent care while I was working through the initial injury a year ago, to now as I'm going through post-operative care on my hip. He listens to you, pushes you when appropriate, and helps you celebrate the victories as you heal. I certainly wouldn't be having such a successful recovery if it weren't for Kevin and his entire team! I cannot recommend highly enough. read more

All of the physical therapists here are great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, welcoming, and feels safe. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. The workouts have been very helpful in reducing my pain and fatigue and helping me with activities of daily living. read more

Over the past few years I have been to this clinic for various PT needs. The reason I continue going back is because I feel valued as a patient and the professionalism of the staff shows from the minute you walk in the door. Kevin and Andra are skilled physical therapists that are willing to listen and really want to educate patients along the way. I couldn't leave this review without mentioning Dustin. He has been with Kevin since the day the clinic opened. He is more than just an aide, and it shows in everything he does in the clinic. He really cares about the patients and definitely knows how to push when needed, but if it's too much he is awesome at adapting an exercise as needed. I have been to TIA in the past and was very happy to go back there when I needed PT. Kevin is an excellent manager and physical therapist, and everyone knows what they're doing. The staff is very professional and they are the friendliest people ever! It feels like family when I go there. I have been so happy with the care I received and I feel that everything they have me do is explained well and has a purpose. The office is well maintained and they take sanitizing their equipment very seriously. I am confident when I go there that things have been cleaned well. I found Therapeutic Associates in Mill Creek to be the best. Kevin & Dustin helped me sooo much. Kevin was extremely experienced, and took all my pain, concerns, current & previous injuries seriously. They were very clear they couldn't quote unquote, 'fix me', as I was seeing them for Osteoarthritis (OA) and there's only so much you can do. But I went to them with daily pain, and I left with almost no pain & back to hiking!!! Love that. I also found out I could be a touch ornery when being pushed into doing something a bit hard, Kevin & Dustin both had the patience of saints and knew how to push a little, but respected my limitations!! I've been working with Andra since a week after my total knee replacement and now, at five weeks' post-op, I am amazed and extremely happy with the great progress I've made thanks to her knowledgeable guidance. At times, she pushes me a little, which may hurt, but it always results in more progress. My experience with Therapeutic Assoc's has been outstanding. I went to TA to address lower back pain I've had for several years. At my first appointment, Kevin, the PT at the location asked, "Anything else bothering you?" "Well, yeah, I've had a plantar fasciitis injury for several months now that isn't getting better." As quick as I could take my shoe off, he was working on it. Over the next 4-5 weeks, Kevin not only improved the status of my foot, but made great progress on my back.
