I found Eden Clinic after my car accident because it's close to where I live--and OMG... I wish I had come here even before the accident. Dr. Jang is AMAZING. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! I came to Eden Clinic in Lynnwood, WA for an injured bicep, sports related injury. This was my first visit to a chiropractor and acupuncturist. No torn muscle as initially diagnosed by my family doctor. However, it got worse as I continued doing my normal activities. 3 months later I started seeing Dr. Jang at Eden Clinic. After 2 months and 13 visits, I finally felt 90% better and I would be able to resume my activities (though slowly). I was in an auto accident and needed to get some therapy. The front desk is friendly and they help you find an appointment that works for your needs. They call you by name when you walk into the office. I was new to chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture. The Chiropractor is very calming, explains his every move, and listens to you. I've had about 10 visits here. I came with a neck problem that I tried to solve for two years at the point. They have an awesome team who provide quality service. Before Eden I used to go to a different clinic in downtown Seattle. The difference is significant. Most chiropractors have more like a factory then a clinic: huge hall, a multiple benches and a lot of customers at the same time. Such establishments just crack your back you are in and out in 10 minutes. They expect you to continue coming back for a year. Eden if way different. They raise the bar in quality and customer obsession. First thing they do is take multiple x-rays and discuss them with you right there the same day. No need to reschedule. I had x-rays done before and I thought that I know what's up with my neck, but turns out there was more to it. Dr. Jang identified that one of my vertebrae is tiled not only from left to right, but also from back to front. It is tilted in to two planes at the same time and this wasn't captured before at the clinic in Seattle. The second thing that stood out is that the treatment plan is very precise and frugal. I did not need to commit for the whole year and pay up in advance. He prescribed only 2 adjustments per week for a month and then a follow up once or twice a month. To compare: I had to come 2 times a week for 6 month and then 1 every week in Seattle for another 6 months. After the first adjustment I discovered that my neck can actually rotate more than it could before. The third callout is that they are very meticulous on every visit. I thought that is just the first time that they will spend 2 hours to figure out my body and find what's wrong to kinda lure me in. They keep doing it every time (not 2 hours as there is no x-ray, I usually spend about 1-1.5 hours there with adjustments, acupuncture and massage). Every adjustment is precise, there is no pain during adjustments. And last but not least I would like to give a shout-out to Ron - awesome massage therapist. I believe that they have multiple massage therapists and each they their own specialty. I'm very happy that I moved to Lynnwood and found out this new clinic. Professional, exceptional, and easy-going. Dr. Jang and his staff provide a welcoming environment for us patients. From walking in/first appointment to almost 3 years later, they treat you with great kindness and consistent quality. In fact, I have recommended my wife to this practice as she had some postpartum back and hip pain. After a regiment of 2x/week treatment for a month, my wife is already exercising and moving about pain-free! The best traits of this staff are that they LISTEN to you. They want to know about your pain and the story behind it. They treat your pain in a way that makes you feel like you're part of the process. One example is how the masseuse, Sonny, talks to you. He enjoys conversations during the massage because he often recommends how to do certain activities in a more healthy way, whether it be carrying the baby, running, or even stretching. I never feel like I get kicked out right after I'm treated, they want to follow up and make sure that not only do I feel better but if my life is better because I can do everything without back pain. At the end of the day, most practices you go to are probably as qualified as this one. But I believe that there aren't very many practices that have such a kind staff with the ability to listen and treat you as a human with a life outside of back pain! I came in with buldging disc, couple spinal stenosis and unable to walk, unable to sit, unable to drive wo tears rolling, unable to do anything wo sharp pain. I didn't get service here but my boyfriend came here for a dislocated shoulder. For all 4 times my boyfriend came for therapy I accompanied him. The front desk staff were nice although I haven't talked to them much. The waiting room had tv and some complementary hot drinks which were nice too. My husband and I both had some bad experiences here. I came here for massage, the owner did his intake, them showed me to the room where I would get a massage from someone else. As I was sitting down, and after I explicitly told him I didn't want any acupuncture, he went ahead and stuck a needle on the top of my head. First, I had *just* told him I didn't want any needles (not because I don't like it, but because I already had an acupuncturist). Second, he didn't even ask or warn me what he was doing, which was incredibly invasive! And last, I just learned that that point he used is a very powerful point, so powerful it can knock you out immediately. He was using it to relax me, but I didn't want it and as a medical professional, it's not your place to do as you please, you need the permission of your patient. Ridiculous. The unprofessionalism of the owner aside, the massage therapist was almost as bad. He was incredibly talkative, even when I tried to give clues that I didn't want to engage in conversation. Then, his conversation included talking about his ex-girlfriends and how they thought his massages were better than sex. Seriously? I thought maybe it was just me, but my husband saw him too and said that although he didn't mention sex, he was unprofessional in his conversation. It made me incredibly uncomfortable to be half naked with a man masseuse taking about his ex-girlfriends and what they said about his sex. Even if he thought it was funny, it went too far. I should've left after the owner stuck me with a needle, but finished my one session there. I have never returned and would not recommend anyone else to visit here, or if you do, do so with caution. read more

The doctor came in the room and using his hands to feel the bone structure on the back, then acupuncture treatment. When the treatment is finished, the front office charged me an office visit, chiropractic service which I didn't ask and received, and acupuncture charge. I have been receiving chiropractic care for about 10 years. Eden Clinic is the 4th office that I've been to. However, they are the only clinic that has offered in office imaging. I really appreciated that they were able to go over the imaging with me and explain why I was experiencing pain/discomfort. Then Dr. Jang set a personal treatment plan for me. The consultation also included a same day adjustment, acupuncture, and K-laser therapy. This is the first time I've received laser treatment. It works great in addition to chiropractic care, because it helps to improve healing time, reduce pain, increase circulation, and decrease swelling. The clinic also has multiple massage therapists. I have seen Karen and she provides awesome, very effective medical massages! I've had numerous appointments since August 2017. I have seen Drs. Jang and Joh. Both are great! Eden clinic has been the best chiropractor I have gone to. It has been 3 years and they have helped me with multiple injuries. I'm a very clumsy person and tend to hurt myself every few months. I was looking for alternative medicine for my sciatica pain and Eden Clinic kept popping up on my search. I checked the reviews and they all looked good so I decided to give it a try. The front desk lady, Sally is very nice. She took all my insurance info and gave me a thumbs up on my coverage. Got e in within a week. Dr. Jang saw me and took some x ray, explained to me of the situation and came up with a plan and I received the treatment the same day. There was even a visit Dr, Jang and Dr. Jo both worked on my problem. I have been through 7 sessions now and the pain has improved a lot. Overall, the clinic is clean and tidy. I highly recommend going to Eden clinic for chiropractic,massage, and acupuncture treatment.. They are willing to incorporate eastern, and western medicine to help heal the body. They are always very friendly, and helpful. My favorite type of massage is deep tissue, and Sonny is very talented, and gifted at his profession. He is always able to release the troubled spots that some massage therapist do not have the strength to release. Lastly, the value is tremendous!
