I had an issue that Chris Sosa came today to fix. He was friendly and helpful in also taking a look at some other issues that I was needed to request work on. He took the time to look at them and stated he would assist in placing work order for me so it can be fixed, as well. I appreciate all he did for me today. Especially, since I'm a new resident to this property. I'm very pleased that I've chosen to make this my new residence. I would recommend here to anyone interested in finding a great place to live. horrible place, maintenance and staff are rude and judgmental people. if it doesn't take years for something to get fixed it just doesn't happen and then they charge you for it. By far the absolute worse apartment complex I've ever been to and that's saying something. If I could I would give them no stars but I don't think thats an option. read more

My rating counts as a 0. The only people who treat and talk to you like a human is maintenance. Packages get stolen far too often and when you try to let them know they just tell you they don't accept packages which I already know and I do not see the connection with that and my missing packages and just makes you feel like they think you're stupid which happens far too much. I moved in Mill pointe apartments in February of 2016 and it was a good apartment complex for a very long time but during covid it turned into a drug Haven and lots and lots of violence but here in the last two weeks they have cleaned it up considerably I can now let my grandkids come over and play I can put my mind at ease there is no more drug dealers or homeless people hanging out in our complex thanks to our fabulous new manager thank you hnn for cleaning up our apartment complex we love living here we just we love living here now, that it has been cleaned up from all the homeless people fentanyl users etc it's a great place to live if you need to find a place on a budget, plus we got a new manager and she is fantastic she's cleaning this place up fixing all the problems. read more

During the couple of years I have lived in Millpoint apartments, I have had some minor meintenance issues, and one pretty major issue. I have been so relieved each time that the meintenance team has gone above and beyond to make sure that my family is always well taken care of, and my home is always treated with care and respect. When I had one of the most stressful times at my home, due to a major flood that came from an apartment above me, and my bathrooms ceiling had to be repaired, Chris (meintenance) did an AMAZING job on the ceiling. My hallway bathroom had been out of order for several months, and Chris got it done quickly and now my bathroom looks great and is finally back to normal again. Would recommend 100%. read more

My wife and I moved here from Seattle this year, and we are absolutely loving the change. We lived in the U-District for 5 years prior to moving here, and had to constantly battle parties at 2am upstairs, deteriorating floors/walls to the point of no repair, and the occasional dead body in the neighborhood. We were somewhat concerned by the sheer amount of negative reviews prior to making the plunge, and we are happy we did. This apartment community has been extremely attentive in getting everything in order for us prior to, during, and after the move-in process. Sure, the amount of paperwork we needed to fill out to move in, along with the approval process took time and effort, but the office staff at the apartment helped us out every step of the way. We are happy to be here, and hope to stay here as long as we can. read more

This is honestly been the best experience I've ever had moving into any apartment complex the staff specifically Stacee Bonasera, Vivian Brown, and Brittany Gubarik were complete Superstars. They did everything in their power to make sure that my roommate and I got into our unit quickly smoothly and with no issues. Now we're able to have a roof over our head with the upcoming winter months and not have to worry about being out in the cold looking for a house. Ian and I cannot thank you enough for all the hard work that you put in to getting us into this unit and for doing all that you did I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for housing. This place stinks. Literally. There is poop everywhere. Inside the hallways and stairwells, as well as outside. People step in it and track it all around. Management has continued to ignore the problem as there are fresh piles of poop almost daily. Management says they don't have time to answer a yes or no question. They say I should email or text my concerns which also goes unanswered. I've approached them twice in 6 months trying to let them know about the poop everywhere. They don't care. read more

Before going to the mill pointe apartments I had some bad experiences with some leasing offices. Once I toured mill pointe I met some very nice ladies in the leasing office! They answered all my questions and gave me some useful information about the complex! I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends! read more

Worst apts my aunt lives in them, people piss in the hall ways and it's been reported yet they still to this day have been to clean it. I had to use my own cleaning supplies to get the smell out. Takes them forever todo repairs. If your car hasn't moved in 72hrs they put tow notices on your car. They always mess up on billing they have a poor excuse for management and they switch or get fired every few months. read more

We've experienced only positive interactions with the staff at Mill Pointe. Each employee is pleasant, attentive and willing to assist in answering any questions or resolving any concerns. I've worked the most with Janine, who has been an absolute gem! From my first telephone call, to walking into the office, to signing our lease and picking up our keys, Janine always has a smile on her face (you can even tell through the telephone lines!) Every question/inquiry I've made, Janine promptly responds to appraise me of what's happening and when, always professional and pleasant in each encounter. She has "good energy" and is perhaps the main reason we selected Mill Pointe as our home. This is a large complex, and with this many people, everyone needs to learn to get along and be conscientious of their neighbor. My main contention, and it's not huge, is tenants placing bags of trash(qty 1) outside their doors. You don't want to see it inside, what makes you think I want to see it outside? In closing I'll add that we did not view our unit until the day we moved in, a perhaps unadvised, I was not worried one bit. On the day we signed our lease, picked up our keys and toured our apartment for the first time, I was amazed - our new home was in pristine condition - better than I could have ever envisioned! Kudos to all who had a part in making our home a reality!! read more

I called for pricing and availability this was one of our first choices. Unfortunately due to income restrictions, they were unable to help us with a unit at their property. However, they took the time and recommended two other properties that they felt would suit our needs. That is excellent customer service. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst mistake I've made. I hate myself for bringing my children into this crack shack! Everyday there is more trash piling up my apartment alone always stinks because of everyone around us, we always have to have candles and incense going to at least bare the smell of being in our own clean house. They allow hoarders to live here and never follow thorough with all their dumb letters they leave on the doors. I sit on my back porch and watch rats run around all over the place. The parents let all their small children run around and do what they please. The neighbors slam around all night and day and slumlords don't do anything about it. People will get their power shut off and they just use a extention cord from the hallway to light up their house. People and young children always running across the street even have gotten hit by cars and they haven't stopped. It's supposed to be a smoke free place, but there are cigarette buts everywhere even to the point that my child almost got hit by a lit one from someone throwing it off their porch. This is the absolute worse place to live DO NOT make our mistake and move here! We are counting down the days to get over our year lease! read more

I am giving this review based on a tour the office staff was friendly but the building we toured smelled horrible like pee and a mix of other odors I asked about the smell and she said the building had just been painted. I work with paint everyday and that's not what it was also the grounds were littered with garbage I do not recommend living here. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. Simply put, if the management cared it would be a better place. Children and teenagers run rampant with no parental supervision and it really shows. They refuse to have garbage cans placed out by the pool, mailboxes, or play areas so trash is everywhere. There is new management and she's just not nice or geared towards making her tenants happy. There are leakage problems due to the building not being built properly, this has now lead to mold and rot problems. They have had to tear my apartment walls apart 4 times and my garage once. I experienced a lot of water damage to sentimental irreplaceable items. There are drug problems and extreme noise problems in which you are told to call the police, yet the police see them as more of a management problem...so the problems never get resolved. I've actually walked out in the morning to see drug remnants on my door step. They have a garbage policy, yet they don't enforce it, my downstairs neighbor has had a stinky garbage can on her patio for several years now. There is a quiet time policy but again, if they don't hear it they won't do anything about it. Hard to do when quiet time is after office hours. Vandalism has also been a recent issue as well as rats from the wet lands we are next to. We have recently lost several old time, good tenants due to some of the issues stated and the new management not caring. We have several more that are waiting for their leases to end to move out, me included. There is an overwhelming amount of vacancies and they will let just about anyone move in as a result....it's a terrible unhealthy environment. read more
