When I decided to enlarge a lap quilt to a bed quilt, the ladies were helpful. We found coordinating fabrics that would work well. When I got home and cut the pieces for the quilt and ran short of one fabric, a quick phone call to the shop and my additional fabric was on the way. They have an exceptionally large selection of fabrics considering the physical size of the store. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable . They know more then how to cut fabric, they know how to assist with fabrics that will blend well into your chosen project.My family knows that when we are driving through Durango, the quilt shop is a must stop for me. I would have purchased something if someone cared at all if I was there. So I took my money and we left. Poor customer relations. Just sad in this day and age they can afford to ignore the bread on the table.
