I'm giving it 4 stars only because the prices are on the higher side--$11 for a medium washer--but at least that price includes settings like extra wash and soil, so you're getting solid value.

She's always friendly, honest about what can be cleaned/fixed, and their prices are reasonable. Cecelia has helped me by altering formal gowns, hemming dresses (with a liner), fixing moth holes in cashmere, matching/sewing buttons, and adding trim to a blouse. Not to mention cleaning our coats, scarves (silk, wool, cashmere), dresses, suits, shirts, trousers, sweaters, and military uniforms.
