I've never had such great service at a laundromat. They also offer dry cleaning services. The washers and dryers vary in sizes. The place is very clean. Staff is knowledgeable. I took a shirt in for dry cleaning and 4 out of the 6 buttons were damaged. I would not usually bother to leave a review but I believe they intentionally tried to hide this knowing they had damaged it. When I picked up the lady presented it to me so that only the top 2 undamaged buttons were showing the bottom 4 were left unbuttoned. This is an expensive shirt that will now have to be sent for repair. I would double check all items. read more

Went here to wash a fleece blanket and fleece jacket. I don't live in the Bay Area anymore so needed to find a laundromat. Went to another one nearby and found out they didn't have any more detergent in the coin machine. So when I came here, was glad to see someone actually working here. Maybe owner? Either way I asked her if she can clean the blanket and jacket, and she flat told me it's not worth it to do it with her. She would have to charge a lot of money because the way they charge is itemized and it would be expensive since most blankets and jackets are larger. It's been decades since I used laundromat and she walked me through everything. Took about an hour or so but thanks to her it made the whole process a lot easier for me. read more

Been coming here a couple times recently to do bigger loads. Pleasantly surprised! The parking lot is on the small side and is easily filled so we usually come before noon when it's still relatively empty. The large washer is $8. There's a change machine for quarters, but one of the machines has a credit card swiper now. No idea how long the wash takes as we usually go to Trader Joe's, but we come back in 50 minutes and it's always been done. The dryer is $.25 for 6 minutes. It usually takes 42 minutes for our load, so $9.75 total. read more

Usually this place would be a 4 stars but I had such a poor experience today that I will not be returning. My usual setting for drying my clothes is cool and I almost always dry it for an hour and my clothes come out dry. However, today, I ran my same settings with the same load of clothes and my clothes came out cool and damp, not warm and dry like usual. I brought this up to the elderly man who works there and all he did was blame me for not knowing what I was doing. He first said I put too much clothes in the dryer even though it was less than my usual load. He then said I did not close the door all the way. He then said I should not be using the cool setting. He puts quarters into the dryer and puts it on hot without asking what setting I wanted thinking that this was a refund. I usually use the cool setting as I have some clothes with synthetic material and do not want them to be damaged in the dryer as they have been in the past. I ran my clothes in the dryer for a couple minutes then check and some of the clothes with synthetic material were very hot. I removed everything with 30 minutes still on the dryer and left with damp clothes. I thought of requesting a different temperature setting but given how the elderly man did not want to listen, I left. I have been coming to this laundromat for months and have not had an issue. I felt like the worker did not believe what I was saying and completely dismissed me. He gave me a setting that was not compatible with my clothes and expected me to accept that as a refund. This place was recommended to me on Nextdoor when I was looking for a CLEAN place to do laundry. My Apt onsite laundry room was not clean and the machines are awful! Im very happy that I found this place. -Owners on site -Can wash hands -Machines are CLEAN -The floor is clean -Ive seen the Owners clean the machines inside and outside -I do not see laundry detergent all over the machine and floor -Owners are VERY nice Its more money per load than my apt onsite one but well worth it! Super Wash Millbrae was a delightful surprise. I had dreaded washing all my blankets and comforters, which didn't fit in my home washing machine. I thought I would need a million quarters, but found out that at Super Wash, I could just use my credit card on many of their machines. While using quarters on one of the dryers, however, John, the attendant (owner?) kindly came over to explain to me that I could just add quarters if more time needed as long as I did so before the initial 20 minutes expired. This man was trying to save me money in his laundromat!!! The one dollar bill changer dispensed however many quarters I needed. I easily purchased four Downey sheets. All the washers and dryers worked great and the place was clean as a whistle. I enjoyed chatting with a few of the other patrons, and John came over and offered to help when it was time to fold my clean, dry, fluffy comforters! A chore I had dreaded took a very short time to accomplish and turned into a lovely adventure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

We made a stop into Super Wash this past weekend to get laundry done and found this to be a wonderfully run business that offers laundry, dry cleaning and wash and fold services. It's located in a small strip mall on El Camino Real in Millbrae, just down the street from Trader Joe's, Safeway and the Millbrae Pancake House. There was plenty of parking when we arrived and it didn't seem like it would be an issue. The place is small, but well laid out. I took a star away because in the era of cashless operations, they are still a coin operated facility. However, the gentleman running the operation was so nice and friendly and really helped us out. Unfortunately, the dryer broke when we put our coins in, but he got on it right away and even gave us extra time that we might have lost. Overall, I highly recommend Super Wash. Whether you're local or visiting, it's well situated and there are enough stores around it for you to really multi-task while doing your laundry. read more

We are on travel & in need to wash clothes. Our hotel (Embassy Suites SFO) washer & dryer are not only expensive ($4.25 /each load), the washer wasn't that clean either. Thus, I tried Super Wash. Their washers are v clean & they have different washers. If u need coins, they have change machine on site. Their washer is $5 /load & dryer is $.25 for 6 min (I paid $1.50 for drying clothes). Overall, I highly recommend this place & there's Macdonald next door so you can get quick bite while waiting. The only thing is they don't open till 8am so don't go too early read more

Came here to wash a few blankets. The attendants were very helpful since they saw me having some difficulty with a washer. They sure do keep this place clean, even their bathrooms. They reminded me to turn my blankets inside out to get both sides dry which was nice of them. Parking was easy and close to a few places to hang out while you're waiting. Yumi Yogurt, Eggetes, Nubi to name a few. Putting $7 of quarters isn't so fun for the industrial washers,but hard to complain really. Definitely will come back! read more

Came here to wash a comforter that is too large for my unit's machine. Have to say the facilities are nice, there's a machine for quarters and another for snacks (and the location itself is close-by lots of eateries like McD's and Wing Stop, even Trader Joe's for those who live farther out). The people who go there can be a little gritty; at least, that's the impression I got when I went though your experience may be different. I realized I forgot my soap after 5-10min, and I came back and it was gone. Not sure who took it, but the attendant said she didn't know about it. Oh well. Overall, would come back here since it gets the comforter clean and smelling great - just don't forget to take everything with you if you leave! read more

I have used them for drop-off wash and fold for several years. Generally good quality and service. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Buyer beware: If you drop off laundry, especially washable blankets, pay in advance or else get them to tell you the price up front before leaving your articles. Blankets can be pricey using their drop off service. They used to quote me $20 each to wash some light twin size blankets that cost me $15 to buy at Walmart new. So if I needed my blankets washed I would either go elsewhere or wash my own blankets. Recently the owner lowered the price to wash my blankets. Nevertheless, it is a good idea to ask up front the total price of the drop off order before dropping off to avoid a nasty price surprise when picking the drop off order up. read more

Bucket list: Washing laundry at a laundromat. Check. For the first time ever, I went to a laundromat to do my laundry. Not because the washer at home was down...i had a lot of bedsheets and a huge comforter to wash. I always see people doing laundry in the movies at laundromats and wanted to experience it....here's my experience. I felt a bit like an idiot washing my laundry here. I had no idea what to do or what machine to use. Thank goodness for the elderly laundry attendant who was there. He was so kind, patient and helpful. I stuffed all my bedsheets and blankets into the largest washing machine they have. I had no idea where to put my detergent and the LA helped me. Ok...thanks. How much quarters do I need? 23. HOLY CRAP!!!! $5.75 to wash a load of laundry. That's expensive. But since I had already dumped all my detergent in there, I had to keep on going. Thank goodness for the change machine. I started the machine and came back in 30 minutes. On to drying. A nice lady told me it was 25 cents for 6 minutes. $$$$ Thank goodness I had $20 in quarters. I used 2 machines to dry...one just for the huge comforter. The comforter was a pain as I ended up putting in more money to dry it. Another lady touched my comforter and said "at least 40 more minutes otherwise you will be cold." $9.25 later...laundry was done. My experience here? Priceless. read more

The woman who works there, nice as she is, doesn't speak enough English to be helpful. She put me through to the owner on her cell phone. All I got from the owner was that they were not responsible. The owners are kind people and they always greet me with a smile. Machines are old but effective -- they really churn the clothes, unlike many of the modern commercial washers. I REALLY wanted to love this laundromat since the one I had been going to for a while was not being kept up (water on the floors and broken machines), so I gave this place a try. I have been here 3 times and I feel I can give an honest review. First of all this laundromat is SMALL, very small. There are a fair amount of machines but be prepared to be literally walking into laundry carts. This laundromat is coin-op which is a big pain after going from a laundromat that uses cash to card machines. Carrying quarters around just seems so old school. Then there are the people that use the laundromat: let me just give 2 examples: (1) It's pouring rain and I was hauling my laundry from my car to the inside and there is a woman blocking the front door entrance with not one but TWO laundry carts. (2) laundry carts are a hot commodity here. I left one right in front of the machine I was using and was standing next to it and someone tried to take it. Oh, did I mention there were available ones by the front door?! If you can tolerate this kind of craziness then I recommend this place, but I think I am done with this place. There is no other way to say it but the people that do their wash here have driven me insane after only 3 visits. On to the next one!!! On the plus side this place is really clean and has a staff person onsite. read more

Yelped a laundromat near by Tanforan Shopping Mall because I was near by and my washer broke at home so I stumbled across Super Wash. The laundromat staff was super nice. I asked them what time the laundromat's last wash was and they told me it was at 8:00pm I had went there a little past 8pm and I asked if it was ok that I washed but not dry they said ok. Thank heavens they allowed me to wash my clothes if not I would have nothing to wear for the coming week...Yikes!! After I washed my clothes they told me I could dry for 20mins I said thanks, but no because I did not want to keep them waiting for me. I know it was late and the staff needed to go home too. Seriously the clothes where not washed all my clothes still had the food stains that I expect to be washed out. No grease only washable stains. At least they folded them. I even got a dog shirt mixed in with my laundry. $35 dollars for 3 small loads and not clean very unsatisfactory. read more
