On its own, it's a decent library with a spacious children's section. There's a lot of books in different languages which is awesome and such a great resource. I borrow the books in English and Spanish for my little one. You can even borrow bicycles, karaoke machines, and laptops. One time I saw mouse poop in the kids area, which was shocking but I've since heard that the Bay Area in general has a mouse problem, so it might not be something this particular library is doing wrong. They gift books and other random things throughout the year. There's a 3D printing machine, and a kids craft table. Compared to other newer library's like the one in SSF this once is not as impressive in scale and offering, but it's holding up! They continue to improve themselves, which I admire.

Th best librarian in Millbrae! Thank you for helping me with the computers today!

It is a very nice place to go too and relax study to read or get on the computer. 4min away from downtown Millbrae.

Great resources of books and dvds, but I really hate the women's bathroom. They are always disgusting.

I even technically have a Burlingame card because of my address but I always seem to go to this one anyway because of the easy parking.

It's small, intimate, cozy, and homey. There's a fireplace and big leather sofas and chairs. There's stuffed animals, a small garden with a bench in the back (I used to water those plants!), and jigsaw puzzles for kids. You will get to know the librarians and staff here. There's story times and events for adults as well as kids. They really make it like a community center. I make sure to stop by whenever I visit my parents and I love saying hi to my old coworkers and seeing how the library is growing and changing. It's a great place to get movies, books, magazines, the daily newspaper, and use the WiFi, or their desktop computers and printers. They have less selection than the main library on Primrose near downtown, but the parking is free here and they have all the new DVDs and books and fewer library patrons come to the Easton Branch. So what are you waiting for? Visit today!

Finally set something up after 3 months of waiting on their waiting list for 9/1. My daughter was SO happy to finally speak with someone. The therapist she was assigned to cancelled last minute, saying that she had "things come up" and wouldn't be able to see her and gave us resources to help find a therapist. She was devastated. We waited 3 months for THIS? Now I'm at ground zero with a depressed, vulnerable child who needs a professional NOW! They are so unprofessional!!! Do NOT use them. They also have a wall full of flyers detailing the wide range of all their events, resources, workshops for any young, old, questioning, out and proud, curious, community-seeking individual. (or a straight ally maybe looking to volunteer? hint...) This center is pretty new having been open since this June, so if you're reading this please help spread the word, and drop by the center sometime if you can, because it's really quite lovely and a looong overdue addition to the San Mateo area.
