Once again, the Yelp reviews did not let me down. Most people think Yelp is just for food. In my experience, Yelp is for communicating what your experience will be, specifically with regards to the service provided. Of course when it comes to restaurants, the taste of the food is paramount, but I've never had delicious food and horrible service and thought that was a positive experience overall. Back to the review -- I couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Central Magnetic Imaging aka The MRI Guys. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with provided friendly and efficient service throughout my visit, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for, which I deeply appreciated. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I was able to get in promptly. The team also handled the insurance authorization process seamlessly, which was a relief. It's clear that they prioritize their patients' needs and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. In summary, my visit to CMI was outstanding. The combination of a clean facility, professional and caring staff, and the convenience of an open MRI made for a stress-free and positive experience. I should've canceled this appointment ahead of time because every single step with them has been a nightmare. They're so unprofessional they don't know what the they're doing. I immediately called to schedule the doctor-ordered scans. I was told by the scheduler, that she could not make one of the scan appointments after making my one appointment, and she transferred me to another number where no operator answered, so I left a message. No one ever returned my call that day or the entire following week. The company scheduler scheduled my a scan for the morning of April 15th at one location. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Late the night before my April 15th appointment, I received a call cancelling it. I called back the morning of 4/15/26 and made a new appointment for the same morning, an hour round trip from my home, and then raced to the location. As I pulled into the parking lot of the location, I received a call canceling my appointment. I was then scheduled for another Appointment, across the county in the afternoon. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I next called their office and scheduled my other scan at a different location and was given a different office in for April 28th, 2026. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Subsequently, the scheduler called back to cancel the appointment. A new appointment was made for May 11th, 2026. I called the company office to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 25 minutes. No one has yet returned my call. Sent an email. No response.

I told her he would be quiet and very still. She went back to speak with the doctor and he said it's "policy" that children aren't allowed during procedures. Prior to this, the front desk lady took my id and dint return it, so after I was turned away, I didn't think about anything else but getting the heck out of there. I leave and call customer service and ask them where in their website or Groupon or emails it says that children can't be there. She took 15 minutes and couldn't find said policy. She said it's due to not having staff to look after my child. I laughed- I wasn't expecting that! That's not their job. I understand that they can't allow children in the room for the procedure. Fine, but they should have stated that somewhere. I realized this lady kept my license once I got home and had to return. Cancelling a Groupon is also a hassle, so I guess I'm stuck and trying out a different location that's much further away because I refuse to ever go back there. I should I've known once I saw the area where this office was located- it looked run down... I'm thankful that I didn't get anything done. The unsuccessful procedure treated on right leg ended in a bulging vein, which I had to go for a different procedure to correct the issues. The unprofessional doctor assistant had no experience with the bandaging. The front office charged my CC up front and there were no adjustments on the charges. I will not recommend this provider on this unworthy services.
