I went to this place for the first time to get a refill... the lady was rude from the very beginning so I should have known .. first the lady tells me that she needs to inspect my nails because most acrylic doesn't match up with theirs which was weird but ok ... then after she says that's fine she says that some of my nails are coming up alil well duh that's why I'm here for a refill ... well she wanted to take some off and charge me an extra $3 dollars a nail and couldn't tell me how many til she started ... and when I said I never heard of this she told me if I didn't like her policy I could go somewhere else which she is so accurate about because there are millions of other places ! So I left esp after she said it would be an estimate of $58 dollars for a refill with no designs ... no wonder their weren't many ppl in there ... It's ashame because their color and design selection was awesome but Ill never go there again ... they are scamming people into spending extra money for no reason at all read more

To give Millenium a star would be a compliment and it's not deserving of even one. I have gone to this place on and off for several years, I watched how the employees treat their clients, usually it's ok, but if they don't like you they are absolutely rude. This is a family run business owned by a husband and wife, the wife Tiffany orchestrates her many sisters in running the business. This place is busy for two reasons, they are reasonably priced and when they get around to you they finish quickly. So here's my experience.... First the appearance is very cluttered, there are signs posted everywhere with what will happen if you don't come back in a timely fashion to get your nails done, the fees you will get hit with, ect. It looks like paper graffiti slapped on walls and windows. I'm asthmatic so I have to prime my lungs whenever I go there because of the strong odor of acetone and acrylic. I have thin nails, one of Tiffany's sisters worked on me, I explained to go easy with their little dremels because of my one nail in particular. My request was ignored and she raked it over my nail that it burned me. I winced and said that it hurt, she gave me a nasty look, and I said "I'm sorry would be nice". Tiffany spoke in her native language to her sister and with no explanation she got up and left. Again no apology for injuring me. Tiffany finished my nails and sided with her sister. This crew will insult a customer and then they converse in their language and give that person a stare. You wonder why I kept going back? Well, Tiffany took over my nails and it seemed to go fine until a few times I was 2-3 days late getting there for fill ins. She started to chastise me in front of other customers. I stopped going about year and a half ago, and decided to try again. I needed my nails done for a special event. I brought my nail kit that you buy from them including my nail polish. Without asking me she started to do white tips on my nails. I didn't want to hear her nasty comments, so I let it go. It wasn't what I asked for but Tiffany seems to think that she can pretty much do what she wants and people will come back. In a way we must be idiots because we do go back. What changed? Well I was late 3 days getting to her salon in October and was charged 25.00 for the refill(refills are 13.00, a full set is 20.00). This last visit I was there within the scheduled time she gave me, I filed the length of my nails down as I've done in the past so I wouldn't get an additional charge....got reamed out for that...really! I'm sorry I thought that when you pay for a service you should be treated politely. Their a very vindictive group. Depending on the moment they'll either take you right away or make you wait. So if your in the market for a cheap nail salon that's cluttered, with strong chemical odors and a snotty group of hormonal women....then this is the place for you. As for me, my blood pressure can't take it. I'm shopping around where I can have a pleasant experience and feel a little pampered twice a month. read more

I love Millenium, i have been going there for years and i have never been disappointed. They have so many colors and designs to chose from and their pricing is very reasonable. Everyone there is friendly, and they really take their time on every customer. I think they have a great technique by making you sign in when you walk in so they can help everyone in the order in which they arrived... i find that very useful because other salons i have been to i am left sitting around and other people getting called back before me. I wish I can choos no stars! After going to Mellenium Nails for 13 years I will NEVER EVER EVER stept foot back in there again. Tiffany was such a rude *itch to my family. First they expect you to pick out a design as soon as u walk in. If that's the case they shouldn't have the front of the store over crowded with 100+ hand mannequins. I had a party of 5 and we were all getting full sets and pedicures. Now x's that by 5. The total would come out to well over $250.00 for the services we wanted. There goes her business. My sister had 3 hand mannequins in her lap with a design on each mannequin she wanted. Tiffany goes u took too many hands and take too long and my sister was just like staring at her and put her purse down. She must of heard stuff in her crazy little head because she thought my sister said she wanted to go somewhere else so she flipped. Fist off my sister never said that. Second what type of professional attitude is that? You can keep your rude raggedy,dirty,dingy, nose picking employees to yourself. U just lost out on so much business. read more
