This store rarely has the vape juice I order online. They don't keep their inventory updated. Today I went into the store to get a coil replacement and the kid working had no interest in helping me find the replacement. I showed him the vape I purchased from that store and he was still unable to help. Eventually I had to pull my coil from my vape and drain the juice so he could compare the coil with mine and fonally said he found the right one. I purchased 3 coils and got home (20 mins away) only to find out it was the wrong coil. So mow I get to make another 20 min drive to go back and hope they will exchange it for me. I'm trying to stay local, However I am totally disappointed with how the store is ran. Low inventory and inexperienced employees. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

This store does not honor replacements on damaged battery chargers. It worked day 1 and then stopped working correctly. Tried to tell me it was my 3 sets of batteries that were old. Will never shop here again. The clerk was not helpful at all. read more

Looked like a great store and was cute, clean and well stocked... I'm new to the Vape game and had questions.. there was nobody else In the store but the young lady helping me got a little short with me and was very condescending... how else are we to learn about all the dif choices if we're-made to feel like an asshole for asking... there's plenty of amazing smoke shops out there but I would not recommend this one for sure! read more

Sadly, I agree with you Jennifer. I generally only leave positive feedback on Yelp, but not in case. I too bought a vapor, paid nearly $80 for it, and it broke within a month. Took it into Millenium Smoke Shop, they DID exchange it, but that one only lasted 6 weeks after we exchanged it. So again, we took that one back, and we were directed to go to Roseville to talk to the manager. Well, they said they would not take the 2nd one back, and they actually threw it away, and sold us a new one instead. Had we been able to keep it, we might've been able to exchange it on a factory warranty. So we've had the new one (#3) for less than 1 month, and it was about $75, and it's not working.....AGAIN! I had thought this was a nice business in the beginning, but I guess not so much. I'm a journalist by trade, um I think I'll do a story and writeup about shotty smoke shops. Unfortunately we buy our Hookah supplies from Millenium, so they will be losing that portion of our purchases too. By the Yelp reviews, it looks like there are a few more options in Auburn, who might just get our business now. I marked $$$$ for the price because I think it is rather expensive to purchase items that don't work, and then have the shop negate you as a customer. read more

There isn't much to say. Bad customer service and they sold me a torch, which was horribly over priced, and the ignitor stopped working after a week. They refused to exchange. Go down to Sacramento and save yourself from a bad experience. read more

Well, the Auburn store just lost a loyal customer for selling me a broken vape and refusing to exchange it. I never once was able to use the product, because it never functioned from day one. You can't sell broken products at high prices and expect to keep costumers. There are other, more reasonable stores in town that will be getting my business from now on. Very unfortunate. read more
