When I came in for some cigars I noticed they had some cool t shirts. I asked the clerk if they were true to size. He assured me they were so I purchased 3. When I got home I tried one on and couldn't get into it at all. It was skin tight. I then thought to myself, no big deal I will just take them back and get some cigars instead. Upon returning to the store the clerk says to me, all sales are final you can not return or exchange. Really, even if you mislead me. Bad policy for a small local business. I wont be back. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I just left this establishment. I am on crutches and noticed there was a sign on the door that stated be back at 1:45pm. I noticed he opened the door for a customer so I got out of my vehicle and slowly made my way to the door before the employee yelled "don't do it!" He came out explained he was on lunch and was having a bad day and felt like he was having a panic attack. His demeanor was rude and hostile. I will never shop this place especially when you let one person in then flip out as I'm walking towards the door on crutches. If you're having such a bad day then go home and or don't serve anyone if you're not going to serve everyone. read more

They are very nice and helpful. However there is a no return policy nor exchange. If you don't buy the right size cartridge or coil or whatever you are stuck with it. Just make sure everything fits and works properly before giving them any money. They will try to help you but if you are a novice and buy the wrong thing and try to exchange it for the correct thing you are out of luck. I feel bad for the employees because they have to give the bad news to customers all day. Even if you buy it and don't even get out the door your out of luck. Just a heart felt sorry. read more

Auburn Smoke shop is lit fam, the store has something for everyone. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. Prices range from ground level and go all the way to the moon, local artist showcases, international artists, you name it they have it! Willing to order anything they are missing, constantly bringing new products weekly. read more

I came in for some papers and the staff was so nice and persuasive that they got me to buy a new bong(which I was in store for but that fat ass glass brand of bongs they had was enough to buy there) so I bought a diamond gold bong they had and I noticed when I unrapped it it had a hair line crack that I walked out the store with and they would not help after. Great store but make sure you like what you walk out with. read more

Found this place since I work in the same strip. Cheaper cigs than most. Hooked me up with a few glass pieces. Even the cheapo glass I got in an emergency is still high quality and the regularly used peices are still sick. And both guys there are super friendly and have answered all my dumbass questions when I was a newb. In short, if you're a joker, toker, or midnight smoke, try the shop and you'll keep coming back. read more

I spent over$200.00 at the smoke shop on a vape pen and drips. The manager said that if I had any problems with my purchase to come in and they would help. The vape leaks bad and when I returned a guy told me too bad and they in no way stand by their goods. That is BS and I will never go back there. Very shocked at the attitude. read more

Best smoke shop I've ever been to!! The prices beat all Sacramento shops.. we recently bought a vape from honey vape down in sac and it broke ...took it to auburn smoke shop and the manager tried to fix it...had to purchase another one ..20 dollars cheaper than Honey vape for same exact one ..went back to Honey vape and they wouldn't refund or exchange..nothing !! I will never go back to Honey vape.. auburn smoke shop has earned my business for life !! The manager there said if I had bought the vape thru them they would have exchanged or refunded my money ...I live in Sacramento and the hour drive is worth it to me to purchase from auburn smoke shop...the manager there is amazing!! Cheap glass, I bought a peice and when I went to push on the bowl peice it broke and sliced my finger open. Called them immediately to tell them what happened, and they told me I could return it the next day. When I went to return it they told me that sucks and they wouldn't give me my money back. I left and went to clock town smoke shop instead. Clock town told me if I go outside and shatter what was left of the glass from auburn smoke shop right now they will give me a free replacement peice. So grateful for clock town smoke shop read more

Auburn Smoke Shop is definitely my go to shop when anything is needed in a hurry, because I live so close. I've spent thousands of dollars in here and couldn't be happier supporting these guys and a local business. Yeah, not all of it's super cheap, but it is all quality glass. You get what you pay for here. Both guys always have great customer service and will do whatever it takes to help out and find you what your lookin for. Even the owner is a super nice guy, when he's there. You go in everyday, or today's your first time here, either way, these guys will make you feel more than welcome. Overall good prices and a pretty decent size collection of very expensive, quality, locally blown glass. Auburn Smoke Shop knows what they're doing and anyone who says otherwise, is just an amateur;). Keep it up and keep moving up doods. You got my support all the way. read more

This place is great! They have a very large selection of vape products, tobacco products, and CBD products. I don't smoke, but I have very bad anxiety. I started doing research on CBD oils to see if I can help the anxiety an all natural way. Dylan was amazing!! Her was super helpful and knowledgeable about products that could help me. And the products that her recommended do help a ton! I'm very grateful for Dylan's help and grateful for a smoke shop that carries high quality products. I travel from Natomas/ Sac area just to go to this smoke shop, which is saying something because I usually don't drive anywhere that long lol!! Great great place! By far the best smoke shop I've ever been to. The guy James who has worked there for years, ALWAYS makes me feel welcome and tends to all my needs. I recently got a mod and had no idea how to use it or change my coil. He stopped everything he was doing to show me how to take it all apart, clean it and change the coil. He even let me try some juice. The shop is always clean and well organized and displayed. They have ALWAYS had the popular/trending items in their store. This is a most go for any glass addict! Not only do they have the headiest pieces around, they understand the ever evolving world of functional glass art.
