I should have known to walk out the second I stepped foot in this disgusting shamble of a "business." First off, the people at the front desk are not nice people. The place is not clean, there is crap everywhere, all the equipment is outdated and the tech and Dr. did not wipe any of it down when I had to put my chin and forehead on it. Nor did they wipe it afterwards. I was in there for about 15 min, I was not asked if I had any sort of questions by the dr. It was like I was the next on her list and onto the next. I am convinced that my prescription isn't even accurate because of how crappy and old their equipment was. 5 minutes after the exam the doctor goes, okay now go sit with so and so and she will help you pick out glasses. Her desk along with another girls desk is backed up to the frames wall so you can barely even walk in between them to try glasses on. There are barely any mirrors and the glasses were all dated and cheap looking. Is this place actually serious?! Please do not go here. That being said, I will be going to another doctor for a second exam.

Not a single phone call, absolutely nothing this last time after I left work to drive all the way here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Horrible service and lack of ability to treat patient. Everyone should move if you're a patient here because there's definitely better doctors out there then at this location. It was easy to book an appointment as a new patient- I sent an email and then called them to confirm my appointment and details. I was able to get in a slot within a week. There is a spacious parking lot in a complex (with Starbucks, Jersey mikes etc). I checked in, filled out the forms and in about 15 mins I was called in for my appointment. They had nice high tech equipments that I hadn't seen (and I've been to the eye doctors appointments for almost two decades) which felt very comprehensive. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Would recommend!

Dr. Caren Mullner walked into the room without introducing herself. She said she had no notes about me having this procedure done. She examined me quickly and numbed my eyes. She had a huge needle and started aiming towards my eye. When asked if she can tell me as to what she will be doing, she replied that I am numb and won't feel it. Halfway through, my heart started racing and I ran a sweat and felt like I was going to pass out. I pushed through so she could finish. When she was done, I told her I didn't feel well and told her my symptoms. I asked her to get me water, my husband and to check my blood pressure. She did not know how to react to me being in distress and left me alone. I had to ask her three times to get my husband. They told my husband that I wasn't feeling well. My husband said my face was grey. They showed no concern. I rushed to the bathroom where I released both ends. My husband had to beg for them to call an ambulance! Eventually, they took my pressure. While it was elevated, I felt better. I got my vitals checked! I had to beg for them to tell me what medicine they used. It appeared to be my nerve that goes from my eye to my heart. As I was leaving the office, the nurse just stared. The doctor didn't even say feel better. She disappeared! Please don't come here! They are not trained properly and they don't treat their patients with respect. I don't even expect a follow up call! They didn't even tell me what to expect after the procedure!

I had a very upsetting experience with this doctor and would not recommend him, especially to…read moreanyone who struggles with anxiety or sensory sensitivities. I came in for a concern about a spot in my eye, and without much explanation, he immediately dismissed it as dirt and attempted to approach my eye with a needle. I was already feeling anxious and lightheaded, so I calmly asked if I could reschedule and bring a support person to help me manage my anxiety during the procedure. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, he became extremely rude and dismissive. He repeatedly called me a "baby" and mocked my request for support, saying it was unnecessary and "stupid." I explained that I am neurodivergent and that having support is important for me, but he continued to belittle me. He then told me that if I didn't allow him to proceed immediately, he would refuse to see me again and asked me to leave his office. I left feeling humiliated and ended up crying in my car. No patient should be treated this way--especially when they are being open about their mental health needs. This was not only unprofessional, but completely lacking in empathy and basic respect. My son has a hard time sitting still for too long he was able to get up, move around, stim if he needed, he was given the time he needed to regulate himself so that he could continue his exam. She broke his exam up into multiple seasons so that he would be able to tolerate the exam and become familiar with her. It worked we were able to find out if he needed glasses. Her assistants are wonderful as well they were so patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this eye care center for everyone, especially those with special needs.
